I like the cool color of the lights and convenience of the remote. However, I had bought for the timer function. Does not work. I googled directions to make sure I am doing it correctly. I am. Have tried several times and does not work

So far I've done 8 projects with these lights and they have all worked perfectly. I haven't actually submerged the battery pack, but it seals very tight, so it's probably pretty water tight. The lights and wires are coated, so they are fine.The remote worked fine, but the buttons were a little hard to press.The only warning is to make sure you don't cut the wires between the battery pack and the lights. You'll never be able to get the water tight coating off to get to the wires.Great set of lights. I'll be buying many more.

These lights give off a really nice, bright white glow and look great once they’re set up. They’re perfect for decorating and add a clean, cozy feel to a space.The only downside is that they tangle very easily. It took some patience to get them untangled and positioned the way I wanted, which made setup a bit frustrating.Overall, they look beautiful once they’re in place, but just be prepared to spend a little extra time working with them.

I don't have an electrical outlet on my balcony and was hoping I could use this light to read by. Its nice as a decorative touch, I placed one strand in a glass jar. The control device acts as a dimmer, allows you to change from static light to diffferrnt timed blinking frequencies. The strand of lighting itself is very thin, tiny lights on a delicate wire. It is encased in plastic, so may be waterproof but I haven't tested that trait. I may try to add the other strand , but alone, it isn't enough to ready by. I would recommend as a nice soft decorative touch as shown in seller description, gathered together in a clear vessel. Minimal output of light of the wire is stretched out. I tried to video at night, but the return glare made the footage unusable.Added pictures and video

First let me say, these are really pretty lights, and true bright white. Exactly what I wanted. I’m really serious- they’re gorgeous. Now for the bonus … these beautiful lights come pre-f’d. That’s right! You save all that time you’d normally spend tangling these wires into a hopeless mess while trying to arrange them because they’re already pre-tangled! Right off the spool! Now you can go straight to the ‘it’s the season curse-laden detangling stage. And just so you know when to expect your kicker of joy, each one is pre-tangled at about the halfway mark. Enjoy!
