The system talks to each component with ease. The only issues we see are the printer cuts the paper a little early - cutting off half the customer name at the bottom. (However, great feature to have the CustName at the bottom printed on the receipt).The online portion for catalog building is easy enough to use.The customer database storage needs some tweaking, because it saves all the addresses for California. We don't live in California. We are still getting hold of the reporting process.Customer service has been great so far. Literally, all you have to do is ask, or send an IM.

When first using POS, we had no training and caused us many hours to fix our mistakes. Once you learn the system it is very easy to use and now we do not have any major problems. The support people we helpful, but need to explain things in more depth when they are helping you. The only issue now is internet dropping, but that can not be totally controlled by anyone. We are a small retail business and for us it works well and the cost was very affordable. Overall I would recommend POS Systems, unless you want general ledger, because it lacks necessary reports that are required.

This system is great in helping to keep up with sales, inventory, and so much more. Customer service is very prompt and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with this system and I was a start up business. I am a year and a half in and still love the POSimplicity system. I would recommend this to any kind of business because it is very easy to understand and operate.

Very easy to use. The support staff is awesome. They are helping our new business grow more than I thought was possible by helping me set up a website which is tied into our system. Any time I have a question, they're right there to walk me through. The credit card processing company is very helpful & their rates are excellent.

This POS system by POSsimplicity is so easy to use! Their customer service and technical support are wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this system if you are looking for a point of sale system.

Need program for it to work

I have had a great experience with Posimplicity customer service. Anytime we had a question or needed some guidance, they were very helpful and nice.The system is easy to navigate after the initial tour of it. We use it for our Non- Profit Organization Thrift and Collectibles Store and it has been a great asset to keep us going.Our tablet somehow got messed up within a few weeks of having it and we were sent another one immediately.We are very happy with our purchase. All electronics have hiccups from time to time and I am glad that the Posimplicity crew has provided us with a great experience despite any hiccup.I would recommend this type of register for any new- small business! Beats what we had before, and more user friendly!
