Excellent supplement!
Tried Thorne glycine. Didn’t work for me. This one works wonders . I take 2 capsules before bed. Definitely helps lowering body temperature and staying asleep. Feeling rested and relaxed next day. Great product! Thank you!

IT HELPS ME SLEEP….I LOVE IT.
Bought because I need help sleeping. Doctor gave me meds that make me feel groggy next day and induce deep sleep that I don’t know why but triggers a migraine. I am usually wide awake after five or six hours of sleep. I’ve been taking this glycine for over a week and am so happy with it, I ordered my sister a bottle. Dr Berg on YouTube suggested glycine for sleep and IT WORKS! This brand was a bit cheaper than others but I took a chance and I am thrilled! I SLEEP!!

Second bottle, three capsules before bed
Second bottle of this. Three grams of glycine before bed is the one supplement change that made a noticeable difference in how I feel at six in the morning, and capsules beat measuring powder into a glass when you are already half asleep. Serving is three capsules, which is a lot to swallow, so know that going in. Loose powder inside, no filler taste, no aftertaste.

The day time clarity is amazing once i found the right dosage that works for me
Life changer! I sleep so deeply now. I have sleep maintenance insomnia, so glycine has really helped a lot. However, 3000mg gave me extreme mental fog the next day, all day. I kept decreasing the dose and still experienced the same thing. I ended up splitting the pill and taking 300mg- same thing. Then, i finally took roughly 100mg one night. Incredible! I woke up with extreme clarity. NOTE: For those that are highly sensitive to this supplement, you might want to consider decreasing the dosage to find what works for you best.

Great at cooling you down
I got into glycine because I turn into an inferno when I sleep, and this does a remarkable job at helping my body cool down. An hour after my magnesium glycinate and l-theanine, I take this, and another hour later, I'm usually good to go to bed. Kind of makes me feel like settling into a warm bed on a chilly winter night, but in summer. It's awesome. If you're new to glycine though, start with a lower dose and increase as needed! But I'm quite happy with this dose and this product, and it's done me well.
