The smell is great...but the first few times I used the shampoo it felt like It didn’t clean well enough. I have thick hair so the lack of suds is what I missed (which of course we know the chemical that makes things suds isn’t good but I still missed it).But then I figured out a trick ! If I rubbed it in my hands for a little bit before applying to my hair the consistency changed from gel to soapy and then seemed to shampoo better ! My hair is softer than prior to using this product. Highly recommend.Wish it came with a pump dispenser for the bigger size.

It's okay and as far as I can tell keeps "bad" product out of hair. However, it's way too runny and doesn't sud up that much so it doesn't feel like it's getting a good clean.

I like the smell of this product and the size of the bottle for the money. I'm not sure about all the chemical ingredients in the product. Smells 100% natural, but ingredients sound more like they come from a chemistry lab rather than a garden. The fragrance is natural though, and that is important. Chemically-made fragrances are often carcinogenic.

I am used to professional products with a much lower water level in them. It takes alot of product to get your hair clean. The scent us wonderful and I love the little w surfactant factor.

I cannot stand scented products. Diethyl phthalates are horrendous. I'm glad to say that this product is free of such carcinogens, and is perfect for anyone that is bothered by them.

Will dry out hair. Don’t use every day. But good in a sense that will take out the grim

Well my hair would thank me. This is a great smelling and feeling shampoo. It cleans gently and is just refreshing.

I am writing this review to warn any potential customers who have skin allergies. I am sure it will be fine for most people, but if you have sensitive skin, I would avoid this product. I have never had a reaction like this to a shampoo, but I do have skin allergies to many facial soaps and sunblocks. This shampoo gave me a terrible itchy rash on my scalp, the back of my neck and behind my ears - all from one use! My husband is using it with no trouble, so if you don't have skin allergies, you will probably be fine.I didn't take off stars for my allergic reaction because I think that will be rare for others. I took off stars because my husband never complains about a shampoo's effectiveness, and he has complained about this one! Using this shampoo, he has a hard time getting his hair to feel clean.I did like the scent.
