The single worst product I’ve purchased on Amazon!Worked for a couple weeks then endless “server unresponsive” message. I imagine they must have gone out of business or can’t run their servers for some reason.Had potential but not worth a penny. I would return if I wasn’t past the window for returns.DO NOT BUY.

This really isn't a very good plug. I had to install a separate app on my phone and it took repeated efforts to get Alexa to recognize that. Then it didn't work for a while but now it seems to be working. I got it for $6 so I think that's probably about all it's worth. if I was going to buy another plug I think I would get one of the Amazon plugs because they work better with Alexa. I don't really recommend this plug and I don't think I would buy another one. Update. I tried moving it closer to my router. Works if I unplug then plug it in again. Then stops the next day. Useless if I am not home. Can't return it any more. Going to throw it away.

App works most of the time on my smartphone to manually remote-power my lamps. However, usually once you are nice and comfortable under the covers, it will randomly demand a log in. So I have to get out of bed. Go find my password and log in. Which defeats the frikkin purpose. I might as well turn off the lights manually. The connection to the Echo is absolutely useless. Says the server is down constantly.

very difficult to get set up, defiantly got what I paid for should have paid more to get a better smart plug. took me a number of attempts and ended up trying both plugs (only set one up) to get it working. I used it to turn on and off some Halloween decorations outside. About 20 feet from an indoor AP and it was outside wrapped in a plastic bag. I left it out there to use for Christmas decorations.

Mediocre at best. I bought the double plug pack. One was problematic to configure but works good now. The other was easy to configure but I need to reset it everyday. They do work with Alexa... When they want to. I guess you get what you pay for.If you want something that works right everytime, get the Luthron Casita series. They cost more but works everytime.

I followed the instructions and downloaded the Tenten app and the iFutureHome app so I could manage the smart plug devices to turn lamps on & off via Alexa. Unfortunately, iFutureHome’s “ENABLE TO USE” button has a broken link, so Alexa can’t discover these smart plugs. I’m returning these devices.

This product is simple to set-up and use. It is reliable. I use several to control multiple lamps around the house. I don’t use Alexa, so I use the TENTEN app on my iPhone. I rely on the timer function to control the lights when I am not home. This is the only limitation I have found. Once I have set an on or off time, I can’t change it. Entering a second event works, but there is a limit to the number of events the app allows. If this were updated, the product would be rated 5 stars all around.

Worked great at first but it loses connectivity daily now. I reinstall the skill and it works for another day then stops. I have an amazon plug as well the same distance from the router and have never had an issue.

No funciona con ciertos productos, si única función es "dejar pasar la corriente" por lo tanto, si tienes un ventilador que se tiene que presionar un botón para encender no funciona, una cafetera que se presiona el botón tampoco, el xbox tampoco enciende, una pantalla tampoco. Se tendría que adaptar el electrodoméstico puenteando el encendido para que fuera directo.Con lo único que funciona es con una lámpara o foco conectado directo.

Muy buenos enchufes, al principio no podía conectarlos a mi red pero revisando era problema de mi router, la configuración es sencilla y muy intuitiva, para usarlos con Google home tampoco no fue tan difícil, funcionan bien y hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema. Además son rápidos, al encender un aparato enciende máximo con un segundo de retraso y los temporizadores son exactos. Muy buen producto

ME parece que funcionan bastante bien sin embargo la no usar una app estándar o una skill estándar , la posibilidad de configurarlos con alexa en mexico, hasta donde le quise invertir tiempo no es posible, el skill no está propio de TENTEN no está disponible en México.Solo los puedes controlar directo de su appLo interesante es que una vez en mi red configurados solo con la app, google los detecta y funcionan sin problema

Le di 3 estrellas porque en la descripción menciona que es compatible con Alexa y en México no lo es, no existe el skill del desarrollador en nuestro país. Se instala fácilmente y es compatible con el asistente de Google con el cual funciona bien, sin embargo me di cuenta que se desconecta de la red wifi fácilmente. En mi caso tuve que regresar el producto por esos inconvenientes.

El producto en general es muy malo. La velocidad de respuesta es muy lenta mientras que no se puede enlazar a Alexa en Mexico porque no existe la skill. No vale la pena en lo absoluto.
