Very important to drink filtered water and this jug system is great

Great design for a fridge door jug. The lt stays on tight, which is good when you are pouring water, it is a little bit finicky when trying to remove it to refill the jug but that's no real issue, and the spout could do with being looser, as the flow is a bit uneven, but once you get used to this it is easy to compensate with correct tilting. Now as regards the taste, I cannot give an appraisal as yet, as I am using a phox filter from my old phox jug. I still have it 4 stars for taste as I do not want to be unfair in my review. Once I start to use the cartridge that came with it, I will either edit my review or leave it as it is accordingly

Healthier water for drinking and cooking

I already own two of the larger size. And whilst I do find the filters can clog on occasion, I find the taste of the water negates this disadvantage. But this smaller version is much easier to place in the fridge door and easier to manipulate overall. There is now a manual and digital version of the filter activation date. I use a diary. But it shows the company are trying to make the product easier to use. I am very happy I bought this unit.

As someone who suffers from Acid reflux I was interested to see if going Alkaline would benifit my condition.I tried it for about a week but sadly all it gave me was an unsettled stomach. I have since gone back onto my regular water filter and felt back to normal again. I guess that everyone's constitution is different.

The best thing about this filter jug is that the handle is extremely sturdy.Unfortunately, it doesn't pour very well, and the filters are not as good as brita filters. I bought it because I thought other standard round filters would fit it but they won't as you have purchase the replacement filters from the same manufacturers that make the jug. They are quite expensive so I'm going to go to tesco and buy a complete new filter jug as they also sell cheaper filters to fit...I wouldn't waste your money on this one to be honest.....

Very good Product. I would recommend for regular use. I have used other filter jugs though this one very good. It does fit in the fridge nicely. It does what it says on the product.

The jug was good and it purified the water, but the digital timer on the top stopped working and became unreadable.
