I am giving this product a one star because it does not function properly on my phone. The case runs continuously around the sides, and covered my volume buttons and power button. The idea was that you could depress the plastic to use these buttons. But as soon as the case was on my phone, it started randomly turning the volume up or down, and turning itself on and off. At one point it restarted the phone in safety mode! This is unacceptable.The case itself is rather pretty, so I cut out the pieces of plastic that covered the buttons. It seems to work ok now, but I am sure I've compromised the integrity of the case. I anticipate ripping along these cuts in the future. I shouldn't have to cut the product to keep using it.The product description says that there's a raised lip on the screen-side of the phone, but it's hardly any lip. It would not be enough to save the screen from a fall.

Beautiful cover for a J2 prime. Fits snugly. Unfortunately, the headphone cut-out is slightly off. I have to remove the cover to use headphones, even with a slender jack-extender. Too bad...would have been perfect otherwise. Not sure if it was a manufacturing error or the way all of them are made.

Even better then excepted couldn’t be happier, I’ve had it now for a few months and it looks brand new and the sturdiness is amazing I’ve dropped my phone so many time and it has protected it so well

The J2 Prime is very ergonomic, lightweight and comfortable to use with one hand, the battery life has room for improvement.Overall well worth the price.
