I thought it was a good book for the situation I was looking for myself. Speaking out and making choices was an important part of the book and learning to love yourself. It is to accomplish on behalf of yourself totally responsibility. It about opening the door to warmth, intimacy and love in all our other relationships.

Loved this book! I enjoyed the exercises as they really shed a lot of light on why I made the decisions that I did. I feel like it allowed me the freedom to break from old thought patterns, and to look at my situation with new eyes.

A Must Have for the Home Library
This is a fantastic read! Very well thought and communicated. The writer encourages you to look deep within to see where issues may have developed, and then built on throughout our lives. She also asks thought provoking questions to apply and assist us in overcoming.

Not for me
I really struggled with the tone of this book - it seemed kind and then there was something that left me feeling unsettled. Not the right book for me in terms of helping me 'love myself.' I felt I did that when I got rid of the book!
