Cool case, has a military feel to it, full metal outside, which does weigh it down a bit, and a softer plastic/rubber interior. For only $15 new its a sturdy, protective, unique case. Only 4 stars because the iPad mini Retina fits a little tighter and is a bit harder to remove. Overall for at only $11 used, its worth it.

Sorry but this is a big miss for me. Although the iPad fit, it didn't quite feel right in my hand. Returned it to Amazon. The design was created just to open and close and keep the glass screen safe from scratches, but not really ergonomically designed.not for me, but might be good for other uses.
