Clear Water
These carbon pouches Fluval are an easy way to keep your aquarium water clean. They are the perfect size to fit in most filters and function right away to keep your water clear. It’s a good idea to give them a quick rinse under running water before using them; just to get rid of the fine charcoal dust. I usually replace these pouches when I notice the aquarium water isn’t as clear as usual; works both for fresh and saltwater setups. Great on there own but combine with filter floss and bio-media and you’re on your way to crystal clear water. Overall: +Provide Clarity +Easy to Use

Great Results!
I use this in my Fluval canisters on multiple tanks, as an experiment I did a filter media rinse then added fresh carbon ( and Purigen) - and my measurements improved right away - this was prior to doing my weekly 20% water change. I usually do a rinse of the canister media every 6-8 weeks ( I don’t run a large fish load on any of my tanks) and at that point add new carbon pads and Purigen sachets. Going on four years and it’s working great.

It's in the bag!
I don't use carbon often but had to remove some Cuperamine from the water. These are awesome. The bags the carbon comes in are tight and secure. Three servings wrapped up, making it easy to store for next time. If I used them more often I would get loose carbon and make my own bags, but I only needed a few. These are convenient and easy to use. I like this pproduct and am happy with my purchase.

Its a good product generally most of the c2 carbon polute the water but this product is excellent it's working and not polluting the water
