WTM CBCL-32 Stackable Bins with Hinged Lids, 32-Quart, Set of 3

These bins are a great value for the price. They're a solid middle-of-the-road as far as construction strength. I doubt I could fill them with dog food and stack them three high without them bowing or breaking but we use them for recycling and just put the glass in the bottom bin. The construction is plenty sturdy that I've had no trouble carrying the bin full of glass bottles out to the car and then to the recycle center.The hinge for the lid flap is an actual metal hinge - I was pleasantly surprised by that bit of good construction. Much better than the ones where the lid simply creases and lifts. Those tend to give out over time.My only gripe with these is that the lid doesn't lock or snap onto the bottom bin part. It's not a huge deal but on occasion if I stuff a wide piece of cardboard into the bin, it places pressure on the sides, the sides bow slightly and the lid will pop right off instead of holding the sides in place. For me, a minor annoyance but one worth mentioning.I bought these because we have very specific dimensions in our recycling area and these were one of two sets that I could find that fit the space. These were the better price and overall, I'm very satisfied with the job they do.

Better than most of the reviews. Yes it's important to have something in the bin, it's not super hard plastic. But for our use of storing a costco size dog food and cat food its perfect. We have inside a laundry room. My only reason for not giving the 5th star is I think the plastic mold cuts are off at the manufacturer because one of our bins when you open the lid it doesn't grab the little hook on the bin above it to stay open. Not a big deal but it's a missed opportunity for complete functionality.

These containers are big enough to hold the feed, but the lids aren't strong enough to support the stacked bins without causing the lid to stand open on the bottom bin, which defeats the purpose of the closed containers. This was an issue I didn't see in any of the other reviews. I will keep them because returning is such a hassle, but I will have to rig up something to keep it closed.

These bins are huge! And very nice. I was looking for something for my kitchen to store flour and oatmeal in, since we go through at least a 25# bag of each per month (we're a family of 6, and I make everything from scratch). I didn't really need three, but decided to use the third for our turbinado. I don't think they're airtight or anything, but since we use ours up so quickly, that's not an issue.They work awesome for what we're intending them for. They hold a huge amount of product. And my 5 year old, who loves to show me how things work, called me over to show me that there's a little latch thing on the bins that can hold the lid up while you're scooping out of them.Great value. My only regret is that I should have ordered them used. I didn't see that option when I first made the purchase, but could have saved over $10.

Great function, lids easy to open and access. However the lids merely act as a base for the next box, they do not snap in place. Boxes are not very stable and feel like they will easily be knocked over, definitely need to put something heavy in the bottom box.

These have worked great to use for the two different foods we use. They lose a star because they are not very sturdy when stacking if the container is full of dog food. Also, they do not keep anything air tight. Overall, they serve the purpose I needed them for.

I chose these bins after considering many different ones. I was looking specifically for bins or baskets to sort my laundry in. These work great! The lid stays open by being secured to the bin above it. There is a small "latch" that the lid hooks onto and it keeps the lid open. I wondered if they would be too small for a load of laundry, but they are not. They work great! Sometimes when the bottom ones are full and the top ones are empty, they want to tip and are not secure, but that is to be expected. I think I will use a strip of velcro or double sided tape to attach them to each other and be more secure. Overall, I LOVE them and the keep my laundry sorted and up off the floor!

Like how compact the bins are. I keep them outside for recycling. Noticed one corner of top bin has already split. I was surprised that this happened so quickly. However, the size is nice, and I like the clear bins vs a gray or blue color sold elsewhere. I mended the corner and haven't had any other problems.
