excellent refurbished iMac can't say enough good things

I got one in excellent condition and it looks practically brand new. The keyboard that came with the computer did not work but I had already ordered a wireless one to go with it.The mouse that came with the computer worked really well. I got it to use with my cricut and do some light gaming (minecraft and sims 4) sofar its been working greatthe first start up was a little long because the computer had to update.DO NOT be scared of the black screen that pops up after the first update. as soon as it restarts its totally fine.

The computer is in great condition but it was already set up with a user “sim” and required a password that was not supplied. Amazon immediately responded and ordered a replacement. No instructions in the box on who to contact with issues but I see someone else had the same issue. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they supplied me with a password. The user was a temporary user that they set up just to ensure the computer works properly before selling it. After logging in I added a new admin and deleted the old user. The computer works as designed and is in great condition.

This is a refurbished machine that works right out of the box. Included are the Apple Desktop, keyboard and mouse (the keyboard and mouse are plug in). If you want a wireless keyboard and mouse you will need to purchase them separately. My computer arrived the next day after it was ordered. On the website it showed that I would get the computer in 3 or four days. I was also pleasantly surprised that the desktop was dropped off in front of my apartment door (which is on the third floor).The desktop runs flawlessly; just needed to upgrade to a newer Mac OS system and it runs the exact same way that my other desktop that I gifted to my nephew runs. This machine costs over $900 brand new, and I paid $270 total....it is one of the best deals I have ever done for myself.There were no major flaws such as scratches, cracks, dents, or dead pixels. Just a machine that needed a new home. It also connected to my HP Printer via WiFi with no problems or complications at all. If you are on the fence about buying this product, please make the purchase while you can. You will not be sorry!!!

The computer was 100% non functional. First turn on and it alerted that “Arlington IDS has complete control over this device” and would not let me access anything without a password. all I did was press the “enter” button and the entire screen went to an error code with a “file” box that had a line through it.Clearly this computer was not checked at all or erased/refurbished back to manufacturers settings.It didn’t come with any start up disc, or the AppleMouse and Apple keyboard as the listing stated. What a waste of time and money. I returned the completely unusable computer, I will update if they refuse to refund me.

I received the computer and quickly put it together. I connected to my WiFi, provided my Apple User name and password.The computer would not go beyond the “terms and conditions” segment of the initial set up. I tried but, could not tab, scroll down, highlight or otherwise get to the “ I Agree” box. checked connections on the mouse and key board, they were good.So, I went to the “ help numbers”. Aside from having a bad connection, I do not speak Tagalog, Hindi Thai or whatever language the customer service agent spoke. I could not understand her, nor did she offer a solution to my issues .So, I returned the computer. Its been a week since I returned the computer; still no refund.

los accesorios no son originales pero funcionan,el cable del monitor no es el original tampoco y eso sí me preocupa un poco. en cuanto a la máquina, funciona muy bien, y está en muy buenas condiciones físicas, el único detalle es que el lector de sd no funciona bien, y tiene un ligero olor a plástico quemado cuando se usa, no sé si lo estoy imaginando ...a ver qué pasa con eso. lol

Package arrived real quick. The iMac was supposed to be a 2015. The one I got was 2012. The specs are different too from the ones advertised. Otherwise, the iMac was in good condition and working well.

Got my refurbished iMac late 2015 model a week earlier than expected and in as-new appearance and working order. I use this iMac mainly for online zoom art classes and reference photos. The Photo app on the iMac is sufficient for my editing needs. No need to buy Photoshop. Simply put, I love it.
