Easy to use and clean!

I love this! It's easy to use and easy to clean. The mandoline itself it the white and clear plastic pieces shown. The green wedge-shaped item in the middle is one of the interchangeable plates that adjust the size and type of cut. To change out the plates, you simply flip the mandoline over and press on the plate backing. The plate pops out and you can easily insert a new one. It is dishwasher safe, but I have had little cause of actually run anything through the dishwasher. A simple warm water and soap rinse usually gets everything off if washed soon after use.

Mandolin Slicer the only thing this product needs is a case to hold it. Very sharp I reached in the drawer & cut my fingers.
