Great value, would recommend!
This is a budget 32" tv and does what it says as a ROKU compatible TV. Screen has better than average resolution and brightness. Overall a great value.

Better than some reviews say
First off, I bought my TCL 32S321 at Walmart, just to be clear. In fact, I've owned 2 of this model. If it wasn't for being on sale that month, I would have actually bought my second one on Amazon instead.Secondly, don't be misled by some of the reviews here.1) The TCL 32S321 is indeed Roku by design. If someone ordered and received one that is not, then some information is missing somewhere. Perhaps they received the wrong model, or maybe they did not connect it to their internet, or maybe they don't understand how a Roku TV works. I don't know. I don't care. What matters is that I've been able to use Roku on both of the ones I've purchased.2) The tuner does indeed detect and receive OTA channels. Once again, any review that says otherwise is missing some information. To use the tuner, you need an antenna. The antenna must be able to pick up a signal, and sometimes that is limited by placement, distance, direction, or terrain. Also, some TV stations still broadcast in VHF while many of today's antennae are UHF only. I have 2 antenna hooked up to my TCL 32S321, and I receive 22 channels OTA.I'm only taking time to mention this because I have personally seen people try to receive OTA channels on a TV without using any kind of antenna. Surprisingly, one of them actually did. Most do not.I don't want anyone to be misled by the lack of information in one sentence reviews...As for my own review, I love my TV. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is because the internal computer is slightly underpowered. That is, sometimes it can be slow to respond. Sometimes that causes it to kick back to the home screen. Other times, it put the audio out of sync with the picture. These problems are rare though, and thus minor. I can easily overlook this.Overall, my television has been quite reliable. I use it as a monitor for my computer. I have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and a few other subscription streaming services. All told, these services cost less than subscribing to cable. Your mileage may vary depending upon your own subscriptions. But you don't need to pay. There are plenty of free apps offering a lot of content -- Pluto, Crackle, Vudu, Locast, ABC, The Roku Channel, Stirr, and hundreds more. It all depends upon what you like to watch.Despite what I've read elsewhere, I find the sound to be fairly decent. It's good enough that sometimes I play music on it. It was better than my computer speakers....until I bought some Boston Acoustics.I find the picture quality to be good enough for my standards. I don't need Ultra HD, and 4K on a 32 inch television would be a complete waste. In fact, 32 inches is the largest television I've ever owned. I sit about 12 feet away, so the screen and the level of detail at 720p is plenty enough, even when using it to play games on my computer. One downside is that this model does not have Bluetooth. This is tricky to explain. Actually, it *does* have Bluetooth, but you cannot connect anything to it unless the device was specifically designed to work with Roku, meaning that it's ***licensed*** by Roku. So if you want to hook up a soundbar using Bluetooth, you have to buy a Roku Soundbar. That said, you can use Bluetooth headphones......if you first connect a Bluetooth transmitter to the TV. So you'll have to spend some money if you want to go that route.Another option would just be to install the Roku app on your phone. You can then use the Remote Listening feature on your phone to listen to your TV using headphones. The only problem I've found with this is that some apps (like Prime Video) often don't sync the audio very well. I'm pretty sure this is because the Roku app takes a rather roundabout method of forwarding the audio to your phone. I suspect adding a Bluetooth transmitter to the TV would create a much more direct audio path, thereby eliminating the out of sync audio.

Sadness
It does not meet my expectation. It said it’s a ROKU tv but it is not.

could not find OTA channels
I bought the TCL (32S321) from another source, not Amazon, so defect may be limited to the lot sold by the other store. I saw some great reviews online and decided to give my first TCL a try.I was very impressed by the interface, the automated registration to my ROKU account, the colors, the simple remote, the ease of putting it on my WiFi. In short, there's a lot to admire in this inexpensive TV.Problem arose when I tried to tune in the over the air channels. The tuner did not find a single channel, and since this was my primary purpose in buying the TV, I sadly returned it and bought my favorite brand, Samsung.

Slowest, most laggy, TV
I have this one and another TCL (non android) TV in my house so I know it’s not my internet. But this is the worst TV I’ve ever owned. It is beyond slow, lags constantly, always force quits out of shows. Most recent issue I’m trying to work out is it’s “connected to my internet, but wifi is not connected” what a complete POS
