I have been looking for years for a white, heavy, matte photo paper that produces excellent images. I have finally found it (by accident). I am thrilled to have found this paper. I use this paper for printing note cards with my photo on the front of the card. I have also printed (color) photos with stunning results. You can't imagine how excited I am to have found this paper. I'm going to buy more and stockpile this paper in case Staples decides to stop producing this paper.Pros:Excellent image quality.Heavier than most other photo papers (61 lb and 11 mil).White (other matte paper I have found has a manila or cream color).Works well in my HP Officejet Pro 8620 printer.Cons:None

This paper is excellent for printing pictures and double-sided greeting cards. I have used this paper for several years and have had excellent results. The package (box) containing the paper has a new design that fails to mention that the paper is double-sided. There is, however, a sticker with a UPC code on the box that says: "Staples Photo Supreme Paper, 8 1/2 x, Double Sided Matte, 50/Pack." "Double Sided" should be added to the printing on the package.

This paper is PHENOMENAL!! I use this paper for my greeting cards in my Etsy shop.It never jams in my inkjet Canon printer, it’s double sided matte so I don’t have to worry about figuring out which side is for printing, and it’s just has thick and heavy as 230+ GSM / 110lb paper. It feels and acts like Cardstock but the color really brightens and clings to the matte coated surface.And BEST PART - it doesn’t wrinkle / tear when I crimp it for the folding line!!!Will forever be buying this paper (:

not as thick as i want but it is the highest quality paper that i have for printing at the moment. its sturdy, and has a silky finish, and the colors just pop if you use the right settings.

This is really top notch matte paper for those who like matte finish photos. Really brings out the detail in the photo. I used it on my Epson R2400 photo printer with awesome results. Already used 150 sheets of it. Nice heavy weight paper.

Good price and fast shipping. Note that this is a cardstock-weight paper. Perfect for my use but could be a surprise if you're expecting office-paper weight. I choose the direct-feed ("rear tray") option on my printer rather than the normal feed that run the paper 180° around a roller.

A lovely, heavy weight paper that takes ink equally well on either side. Many matte papers lose detail in the dark areas, but Staples matte photo paper delivers rich tonal quality without dulling color and detail.The paper can be creased neatly without cracking or tearing, which makes it perfect for making your own note and greeting cards.

I create greeting cards which I sell so I needed a paper that can be printed on both sides and the double sided matte photo paper was perfect for me. I will definitely be ordering it again.
