Blue light doesn't come on initially. You have to take the batteries out and turn them around. It should work then.

I dislike that the product is sold without the necessary whitening gel/charcoal etc.It's easy to miss this.Not convinced this really works.Maybe results in some minor improvement, but not the sort of benefit that is suggests.

I've used this a few times, between 5 and 10, but soon after I noticed the light wouldn't turn off -- now it won't even turn on.I suspect because some saliva may have gotten into the battery compartment but this is not acceptable. Surely you'd expect it to have atleast some waterproofing but no, apparently not.

I have used this on six separate occasions, my teeth are a few shades lighter which is what I wanted, this is a quick easy way to remove staining \ lighten your teeth. If you want dazzling white teeth that almost glow in the dark, then you need to visit a dentist for your whitening and pay the price. However if you are happy lightening your teeth, simply and quickly, then I recommend this product.

Really like this product. I am using it with whitening strips I got on a whim, I've only used once so can't say I see a massive difference but it fits in my mouth prefectly and the blue lights are very bright.

It was not clear that you have to buy the gel separately, I assumed the gel will be included. Also it did not come with any user instructions so I had to find a youtube video for instructions.

Feels great in mouth and does what it says on the tin.

The batteries included in this package don’t work, I’ve fiddled with it just to make sure it isn’t just user error. Unfortunately I’ve tried very hard, a bust.
