Bought this to fit in my Sous Vide Cooler Cooker. Held 6 NY strip steaks on first go, great! I used SS spring clips to hold the steak bags in place. This was maximum capacity, they turned out perfect.

This rack has been useful for organizing multiple cooking bags in a single water batch. The video depicts 5 whole duck legs, individually bagged, in the 20 liter Rubbermaid tub. Even were the bags to contain some air, this rack keeps the bags from floating and keeps them organized for pretty uniform thermal distribution.

I'm still relatively new at Sous Vide cooking, having gotten my Anova Nano for Christmas ('18). I started out using a large metal pot like you might make stew in. After a couple of trials with that, I bought a 12 quart Rubbermaid tub and Everie lid. This rack was the last piece. The only bad thing about the rack was that I didn't see how to open it up initially. It took a few minutes to solve that puzzle and another few to take the protective film off the stainless dividers. Once set up, I verified that it fit easily in the 12 quart square container and left plenty of room for water to circulate. The test was two large pieces of brisket to put in the rack. The anti-float bar works better than the bulldog clips I was using on the pot. It keeps the bags vertical and allows water to flow all around them. In just the few hours I've used it, I can't comment on durability, but it appears to be stainless and should hold up well. All in all, it makes using the sous vide cooker easier, and that's always a good thing.

Keeps everything together in the water bath, well designed and sturdy.

It was smaller than expected, but did the job. I had to figure out how to remove the plastic seal from the vanes. No instructions at all were provided for setup or use.

I purchased this product on June 26, 2020, and have used it only six or seven times, and loved it at first, but just now am seeing that there's already rust appearing on one of the dividers (note the seam on the lower right hand edge in the attached photo, and there's also traces appearing along the upper horizontal seam's left side). It's STAINLESS STEEL for crying out loud - the reason one purchases something made of that alloy is to avoid rusting! I don't even know how to contact the company in order to request a replacement.

Works great. Very aesthetically pleasing. And does the job exactly as it should.

Was hoping it would fit in my 8 at instant pot... alas, no... I'll use it in Water Bath though... Looks promising.
