Is this good for running too?  As in a 10 mile run.

Like any of these "pre-workout" supplements the whole point of it is actually to change your perception. These things don't actually "make you" go faster, stronger or bigger. The caffeine in this by itself should make you feel euphoric and perceive yourself as being able to concentrate better. In fact, something called a "caffeine rush" can make a person perform heavier dead-lifts and bench presses and all that versus someone who isn't taking caffeine. Studies show there is minimal effect with caffeine, beta-alanine and creatine with elite athletes. Much less to the 10-reps-of-3 daily guy. The problem with these supplements however is that your body will get used to it. What you'll find is folks who will say "I felt good about taking this for a week and then it just didn't give me that same rush anymore". Which is about right. Since your body gets used to it (e.g. caffeine) it will now require more of a dosage to get the same "feeling". So, yeah, it'll make you feel good on your 16K...but so will a tall/small coffee.

How does this compare to C4? Better? Worse? Different?

Better to me. ON is a solid name in the supplement industry and compared to C4 Original this has 25 milligrams more of caffeine. I do like C4, but considering the addictive element of C4 and the fact that the ON option slightly cheaper with more caffeine, it was a no brainer for me.

Can anyone compare this to NO-Xplode, first hand?

Personally I think the NO-Xplode is a little foam-ier. The NO-Xplode doesn't provide as much of a caffeine buzz like the ON Pre-work out but it still gives a boost. If you're looking for that big burst of energy then I would stick with this.

Is this good for women? I know there are different ones for men and women.

I guess it can be used for both women and men depending on the person metabolism or the results you're looking for!!! I would recommend to any one . It would give you a boost plus the taste is great!
