Easy Indian Cooking

These recipes are pretty easy to follow and exceptionally tasty. My favorite Indian Cook Book and I have a large collection.

My daughter is dating a young man from India. I invited them over for dinner and prepared two dishes from the book. He was surprised and delighted. The food was tasteful and they both took 2nd's, which made my day. .

Beautiful book and superb recipes - they are excellent for many cancer recovering patients as some of the recipes contain all the spices that help the body rebuild after or during treatment

Huge hit with my family! I haven’t made a bad dish yet from this cookbook. I’m cooking my way through the entire book. Soooo happy I purchased this and had it during quarantine so I could make delicious food. (...Better then making sourdough!)I have so many cookbooks. I’ve never been inspired to cook an entire book until now. Thank you!!! I’ve dogeared and made notes on everything I’ve made so far. Tonight was red curry fish with spicy boiled potatoes, and onion fritters, with lentils... yum!!

This is a good Indian cook book and covers a lot of ground.. It is the Second Edition and the author has added a number of recipes.
