Nice.
Wore these when I was in the Navy years ago. Purchased these for use with my American Legion uniform. Nice look. Not as comfy as I remember, but still good.

Nice shoe
Very nice shoe. I have tried several different brands and the Thorogood may have been a little softer feeling on the foot but this shoe is very comfortable as well and seems to have a better sole. I have to wear these shoes everyday for work and generally I'm in them for at least 10 hours a day. This shoe feels well made and comfortable to wear even when walking around. Because of the synthetic material they aren't going to breath like other shoes but that is the only drawback that I can see. I wear them for law enforcement purposes and not for food service so, I can't speak as to their slip resistance. These shoes generally only last me for about a year before needing to be replaced, generally because of the sole wearing out. All in all, so far, a very nice shoe.

Corframs are for Corframing
I am former military and I had a formal event to attend. ( Black tie). My only reference being my military formal wear standards. So these were my go to for foot wear. I skipped the fragile and dainty looking tuxedo formal wear shoes for men for this option. Fit - I ordered the wide width. The fit my foot well. Toe box did not give me any issues. I sure them for about 10 hours. Sole - The sole was a bit thicker than what I remember lites having when I was active duty. But I appreciate that. I've gained weight since then, the extra weight absorption is a plus Insole - I ditched the one that came with it and added the most expensive Dr. Scholls. I do that with all my foot wear. My experience was with our a hitch or foot pain after 10 hours of wear. The one that comes with it is decent Material - The are patent leather corframs. If your buying these chances are that doesn't need explanation Build/construction - There are other brands of this style and type of foot wear out there. This brand is the standard for issue and wear by the Navy and Marines and that is good enough for me. Would I buy again? - Hopefully I will never have to. But if I did, YES I would buy them again.
