Pathetic service
Service part is pathetic. They don't even have a technician in Kerala to install the unit. They sent me a few nos. of the technicians, but none of the technicians are working with them. Everyone refuses to come when they come to know about Blair. Even the accessories kept inside the unit were of inferior quality. I had to buy additional accessories to get the unit installed and had to call a technician from outside.
