Pure Moxa Rolls for Mild Moxibustion (Box of 10 Rolls) - 1 box

A friend told me about this product and my thought was “nothing else had worked so why not, it’s 10$”. Well cortizone shots helped:( I received the Moxa sticks quickly and used them 2 evenings in a row. The hard part was finding a place outside in the winter to be exposed so I could perform this on my hip. The other was you have to watch what your doing so you get close enough for it to be effective but not burn yourself. The smoke was another thing. You end up breathing some of it depending on the location of treatment and, I don’t usually wash my hair everyday. I do when I use the Moxa sticks though. Then life happened and I only used them the 2 times. After a few days my husband noticed I didn’t limp as I got up off the couch after sitting for 15 min. This lasted 3 weeks. The only difference was the Moxa sticks. I had been working more and on my feet. I’m an active 51 year old who has battled bursitis for 10 years now. I will continue to use the Moxa stick and tell my friends and family about it.

This is my first time trying to use moxa stick ever, and I knew there will be lots of smokes. To my surprise once I learned how to correctly burn the stick, the smoke became very manageable after 5 minutes. There are two layers of parchment paper wraps, I took out one layer and only burn with one which reduced the smoke greatly. When I’m done, I put the leftover back to the parchment paper wrap and the original wrap to keep it dry.

I’ve used this brand Moxa stick for years. Most common one sold locally. It is wrapped with too much paper which has to be occasionally peeled during burning, but works well otherwise. Real mugwort

I tried everything to turn this baby. The chiropractor, inversion exercises, peppermint oil…lots of prayers. It was getting down to the wire and I ordered these at 37 weeks. Who knows what it really was that made this stubborn baby flip head down but she did! There are apparently other uses for these sticks too, so I’ll count it as a purchase well made!

I like the smokeless version of this better. The paper shell always prevents the moxa to expose to outside. so I have to make sure the paper is burned and the paper ash is scratched off when using it. Plus, the smoke is too much to use indoor so I can only use it outdoor. And the heat level is not as high and even as the smokeless ones.

I got the item a day after placing my order! I completely forgot how great moxa works. I was having pain in my ankle and knee, and goodness, I felt relief after the first treatment. I see reviews with lots of complaints about the smell and smoke, but it seems quite normal in my opinion. It's just as I remembered from the many years of treatment some time ago.

I was 37 weeks and my baby was breech. I used these a few times and baby ended up turning. I will say they smell like Marijuana and are strong. I used them outside where it was open and airy. I was so thankful baby turned and the doctor was shocked. They had me scheduled for a c-section but I got to have baby all natural.
