PROS:1. Very cheap.2. Very Easy to install.3. The Gun quality is good and water flow is very nice :)CONS:1. Cheap material, the feel itself tells you it won't sustain any pressure.2. If you don't use the washers provided it will leak, not optional, so fit is somewhat tight.NOTE:This is of pretty cheap material and will not sustain pressure. I am in a 2nd floor of a 4 floor building meaning my water tank which is on 5th floor does not give me a whole lot pressure issues in pipes. If you are like having a floor difference of 5 floors or more to the water tank or if you are using any pressure making device this won't sustain it and the tube will give out. But what do you expect out of a 130 Rs pipe + Gun. At this price point its definitely 5 star. People complaining need to understand their needs and buy appropriate product.

Absolutely fraud product, quality by looks itself seems filmsy. Can not fit into tap , the plumber tried his best but finally gave up. Company cheats you by saying upfront no refund no replacement. If they sell it from a shop directly customer will be back in hours and ensure the shopkeeper pays the full return and stops selling products of this company. However they are protected by Amazon terms so no respite. Feel cheated.

I have only supply of bore water hence irrespective of the faucets and price they last hardly 6 months to year. This product is very good for the price you have paid for it. Good quality and very easy to install. Highly recommend this product

The INDOROX toilet hand shower is a decent product, but it has a few areas where it could be improved. The water pressure is sufficient for most tasks, but it could be stronger, especially for those who prefer a more powerful spray. Additionally, the hose could be longer and more flexible, as it can sometimes be difficult to reach certain areas of the toilet. However, despite these minor shortcomings, the INDOROX toilet hand shower is still a good value for the price, and it is a convenient and practical tool to have in any bathroom.

The product was delivered with good packing. The set contained pipe, spray, holder, screws, and washers to use during installation. I used a monkey wrench to remove the older pipe. However, this one, I could just screw in after adding the washers, no monkey wrench needed. It does not leak at either the water connection point or at the spray point. I think buying from a local hardware store will be cheaper but it saved me the effort and of going and buying from there. Also, my previous experience has been that locally available products are usually more expensive than this one. I would recommend this purchase.

Quality of hand shower is good, flexible and easy to install. but it start water leakage after some time. Even though you make tight fitting but when you start using it and when pipe moving here and there, automatically water leakage get started.

Very very poor quality.
