Shouldn't this product be sold in a glass bottle? And if not, why?

Thank you for the question. 50 years ago glass was the best option but not anymore although a myth has been created. Compared to Polyethylene plastic, glass has more pores that absorb the colloidal particles. PET plastic is the safest and most reliable way to store any food-grade products, including Silver.

Does this have a taste?

It has a minor not-so-awesome taste. I have a water near to wash it down. No problem, and I'm taste sensitive.
