exchanged it for xk24
The xk16 was a bit disappointing. The keys don't feel as nice as on the xk24 so I returned the 16 and ordered the 24. Would love to see the same quality of keys on the xk16!

Good product but key quality an issue?
So I’m a big fan of the Xkeys system. I use an xk24 every day for work and have set up various macros and shortcuts which have speeded up my workflow no end.I’ve just bought the xk-16 to place at the top of my PC keyboard . I have to say that the key action is not as good as the XK24. The keys feel “clicky” and wobbly and I have concerns about how long it will last. However, even within a few days of working it has speeded up my work flow even more. Having it just above the keyboard reduces the amount of “reach” which I’m sure will have positive effects on my at desk posture.The editor for creating macros is quick to use (if a little bit quirky) and I like the fact that it comes with both pre-printed lables and also some blanks. These fit neatly under the key caps and are not sticky so are easy to remove if you change assignments.
