I was so disappointed. This item did not work ... at all. The charging cord they sent didn't work. When using a different cord I could get the device to wake but it never did charge. It arrived with 61% charge on it, but the one time I tried to use it, it shut itself off after two minutes. I was disappointed that this couldn't make the echo portable.

Quality product so far. Slow to charge even with the usb c cable. Possibly need to do a direct walk connection and not extension cord or computer. I’ll try that someday! Works as intended for my echo dots and full size echo 2nd generation. You can use it with or without the aux cable

Battery seems to last a long time like the digital power gauge

I tried to use this on my echo first of all it doesn’t work I tried plugging it in to charge it to see if it would work after being plugged in and the only numbers it displays are 00 I tried charging it and leaving it for awhile and found it doesn’t even hold a charge ! Contacted there support with absolutely no help at all i spoke with them each time I had a new issue and the continued to tell me I was not educated enough to use this portable battery

I had lost my charge plug, I purchased a new one from Amazon which said it was compatible. When I tried to charge it the light would blink but not charge. I emailed the company and within a few days they sent me a new battery charger. The charger itself works great.

Honestly it worked great the first time I used it and was very excited about this purchase! However.... I charged it fully back up when I was done, so it'd be ready for the next time I needed it. I went to use it a few days later & all it does is flash 188 at me! I've tried everything to get it to work but nope broken after the first use!!! So now it's just sitting in the box collecting dust, since I'm passed my return date 🙄

I really like this battery for the 2nd gen Echo Dot. Having to always plug in a micro USB cable has always bothered me. Now I just put this in the middle of my living room on a table and plug it in every 2-3 days when the battery runs low. Quality is pretty nice on this and there is no setup. You just stick the Dot to the top, plug in the power adapter and it works. You can charge the battery without removing the Dot using the included USB-C cable or with the standard Micro USB that comes with the Echo. A display always shows the power level when it's on and working, which is nice because the Echo has no lights on it when it's just sitting there listening for the wake word. The battery drains at about the same rate if you are using it or if you don't, although it drains a bit faster when playing music on the built in speaker.This is a high quality item that complements the Echo Dot nicely. It works well and has a clean look that isn't really noticeable except for making the Dot a lot taller. I do have to remember to charge it every few days but it's not a big deal. And if you are like me, you probably have several Dots all over your house so you can always walk to another room if you need to talk to Alexa for whatever reason.

In our house we are all about lowering out electrical use, and although it may be negligible, this battery has helped us with that goal. We have solar, which means we try to use most of our power during the middle of the day, so as to use the solar we are generating. As such, i have put a timer circuit on the fast charger i use with this Echo batter.With fast charge it will charge in a few hours, then it gets turned off and the battery takes over. We easily get 24 hours our of the battery, even when listening to music.

Well made and sturdy, neat design. Looks like part of the echo, when used together. Quite heavy so not good for travelling if travelling light, but great for when you want portable echo convenience. I use it when I'm outside, gardening or in the pool. Lets me do hands free calling, changing Spotify music etc without having to clean/dry my hands and fiddle with my phone. Has usb and usb c ports so your other devices can be charged at the same time. Has battery indicator which is always useful. Would recommend.

Amazing charging station that can keep my Echo Dot powered at the same time.Has a percentage display, USB-A port and USB C port for charging.20100mAh battery so it lasts for ages, I can move my echo dot around my house and keep my phone charged at the same time.Price is a little high right now but worth it for me

This is a strong, powerful little unit with a great digital power indicator panel that gives you a number read out of how much power is left. The package includes a good quality pouch to keep all your cables and accessories in and a USB-C to USB charger cable, DC out cable and the built in micro USB charge cable. I don't have an echo dot, but got this power bank, for its sleek round design, ample power storage and variable conversion of power output to the host device being powered and it meets my needs exceptionally well, a good purchase - recommend.
