Looks great. I was hoping to find one that was flush with the floor, but they don't make that in a square shape i guess. This one is slightly raised, it's gonna have to do, but it sticks up under the rug a little.

If I could offer a zero star review I would. This product is purported to be a UL listed product designed for dual voltage use. I am a licensed master electrician and I can tell you in no uncertain terms that this product is NOT UL listed. There is no required divider within the box between the 120 volt receptacle outlet side and the the ethernet port side. This is not only a violation of established UL standards of manufacture for this type of product, but is dangerous. The individual components - receptacle, ethernet ports, stainless cover plate - could be listed products, but there is no way that UL would ever list this unit as an assembly to be used together within a steel box with no separation. Also, please be aware that installing line voltage receptacle outlets face up in a counter top, as the product description suggests is a viable use for this product, is dangerous and prohibited by the National Electric Code. Luckily Amazon was kind enough to offer a quick refund on this misleading product. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a safe dual voltage solution.

These are good boxes, if you need a super low-profile box. I am posting a pic of the back, so that you can see how it all comes together. Another reviewer mentioned that there is no yoke on the low voltage side, and this is correct. I think this is partly due to the low profile box design, but certainly you could make some modifications, if absolutely needed. The box inserts do come out with a couple of screws, as does the AC outlet. In my case it had exactly what I required... a duplex AC outlet, and two RJ45 data connections.

This is just what I expected. I like the RJ45 dust covers and the simple well defined cable attachments. I will be buying more of these in the future.

item doesn't work for what we needed it for. I've tried to contact seller to return but have not heard back from them them in about 3 weeks.i like the product but the tele/data side has no yoke to change out the device.i'll try it again tomorrow.

It worked very well, but I ended up taking the lid off. If would be way too much trouble to cose and open the lids because I would have to plus and unplus and that's not going to happen. Otherwise, it works well and probably will save either my husband or I from tripping over wires across the floorperfect.. This way they are all under a table --and not anywhere they could be a fall hazard.
