Excellent product
This JBL wired earphones offer clear sound quality, comfortable fitting, and good bass. The build feels durable, and the wire length is convenient for everyday use. The microphone also works well for calls. Overall, they provide excellent value for money and are a reliable choice for music, calls, and daily use. A must buy product.

Good calll and sound quality
Using this one since last 2 years. Everything about this headphone is good (mic quality during calls, sound quality for music) except the wire durability. Wire has started cracking now. It'll last for few more months making it's life upto 2.5 years with rough usage.

Not what I expected
I got these for around 500 rs and I a, writing this review after 2 weeks of using them. The build quality is pretty average you won’t get it doesn’t even give you the feel of a good let alone premium earphones. The only good thing this earphone has is that the treble part these are not loud and have a very clear audio output and provides good listening experience. The bass is pretty average if you are looking for a bass earphone look somewhere else. They calling quality is good except for the fact that if you are listening to music and suddenly you pick a call they won’t respond then you have to plug them out and plug them again to be able to talk. But the thing I disliked the most is that they keep getting Unplugged even with a little junk whether the phone is in my hand or in my pocket which is very very annoying. So to sum up I would say if you are looking for a jbl earphone spend some more money and go for some higher end products

Loose 3.5 mm jack, poor sound
The 3.5 mm receptacle is very loose fitting and cannot be used with mobile back cover on. Even after removing the back cover the 3.5 mm jack is falling loose and cannot connect both left and right simultaneously. Can hear sound only after pressing by hand against the mobile phone. Quality of sound is very poor. Did not expect such poor performance after reading so many good reviews.
