This is one of the best conditioners I have ever used. I only wish it came in a bottle rather than these little packets. Apparently, it does not. The company would do well to consider that. My hair has pretty bad heat damage from blow drying it for years. This corrects a LOT of that damage. My hair has never felt so silky and soft. Additionally, I've tried a LOT of conditioners and very few of them give me the shine and softness that I expect them to. THIS one does! And I think the thing I love the most about it is the fragrance. I can't get enough of it! I decided to buy the shampoo as well, just for the fragrance! I'm hoping it smells the same! I've noticed that a full packet of this conditioner is actually too much for my hair (and I have shoulder-length hair). So, I've taken to using half of the contents of the packet each time I use it. But, if you have very long hair, you might need the full packet. I use it a few times a week as a regular conditioner, rather than the occasional deep conditioner. My hair LOVES it!

Love the product. Love the way it makes my hear feel. It does a great job in helping my color last. I was initially disappointed because it was in a few little packs. But what I realized was that the conditioner was quite concentrated and you don’t need much. As a matter of fact, I now empty a pack into a jar and dilute it with distilled water until I reach the right consistency. It lasts a lot longer and it still does a great job on my hair.

I found this conditioner at Walmart once and loved it. I never saw it again after my initial purchase, so I was happy I found it here.

Personally I believe that different products work with different people and this is a product that works for my daughter and I. We have been using this conditioner for years and can’t wait till they produce it in a bottle, although for now it is easy to pack ;). I usually condition my hair with this and leave it in a little and I love it! I would definitely recommend

I bought this to use after coloring my hair with this product. The conditioner is what it says... it is a really nice deep conditioner. It doesn’t strip your hair from the color you put in. It’s a good product and I pla to use it ince a month and every time I color over the gray.

These products by Bigen are not in most stores and I do not know why not. These products do not require a lot of it to do the job-thus, saving money because you can get much use of one container. Adds moisture to the hair instead of drying it out like some other conditioners do.
