Desenex Ointment Zinc Undecylenate 20% W/w Undecylenic Acid 5% W/w

This 20% zinc undecylenate product does not seem to be available in the U.S., yet it's essential for fighting some athlete's foot infections. After every U.S. product failed to help, this Desenex cream from IrishPharmacy worked. If the normal OTC products sold in the US are not helping you, order this one. It worked so well that I'm ordering two more tubes to keep on hand. The cost is well worth it. Application-wise, a little goes a long way and becomes completely absorbed as you rub it in.

So far so good, I was using another cream prescribed by doctors and my athletes foot went away after a month but eventually came back. This one is working much faster ( only 4 days so far) I hope it keeps it away.

I was glad to find this ointment for fungal infections. This was the only treatment that works better than what's available in the US. Beware though if open lesions it really burns.

The story is in the contents because the medicinal ingredient is 20%. It works very fast and I've used it for decades. I rue the day when Desenex becomes unavailable because every other product has 1% and is only good for the bean-counters.

This stuff isn’t nearly as good as what are used to purchase in the USA. No amount of this product nor lenghth of use will even come close to curing athletes foot. This Desenex foot ointment comes from Ireland and is no longer manufactured in the US. I would highly recommend commend Lotrimin foot spray instead!
