Ten One Design T1-BLKH-109 Blockhead Side-Facing Plug for Apple MacBook/iPad Power Adapters and Chargers, White

This is the smartest invention yet. Why Apple insists on making their chargers so unwieldy is anybody's guess. We got new outlets with USB ports and couldn't get the charger to fit because of the horrible design. This little adapter solved that problem. The charger now fits in the outlet and is flush against the wall. I only just got it, so I don't know about durability, but if it lasts a year, I'll be happy to replace it.

Why Apple isn't making their plugs like this in the first place is completely beyond me. This is a must-have accessory. Everything is so well-thought-out, right down to the way the placement makes the power cord drop straight down below the block. If there is anything I can say that might not meet the highest expectations, it's that the prongs don't fold in like they do on the Apple one. The price might feel a little steep for what it is, but if you're used to buying Apple products, you're already used to paying a little more for accessories. I would absolutely buy this again and I've recommended it to every Apple consumer I know.

The prongs do not fold in so you have to remove the plug to place it in a bag. In our case, the charger rarely moves so it works perfectly.

This make plugging in an Apple charger so much better- the charger now sits flat against the wall instead of sticking out where you can accidentally kick it. The only downside is that the prongs don't fold, but they obviously can't fold down because they would hit the charger, and if they folded up they would still stick out. So I can see why they don't fold, and the better angle when plugged into the wall more than makes up for the prongs sticking out in my backpack.

This adapter is super handy for plugging into tight spaces (especially behind the couch) and I wish Apple made their chargers this way. However, the one flaw I’ve noticed is that the metal prongs do not collapse or fold inwards. So if you need to store your charger in a pocket, the prongs will stick out and possibly rip a hole in your backpack. As a result, I usually have to disconnect the adapter from the block when traveling. If the prongs folded/collapsed inwards, my rating would be 5 stars, because otherwise it’s an excellent product.

Sometimes the standard plug for MacBook chargers won't fit with other chargers in a socket. The standard one often takes to much space. For those times, this alternative plug angle is *very* helpful!The price is low compared to the benefit. It's a small and fits easily in my travel case.I recommend this product.

This works exactly as intended and is great. Seems high quality. Would buy it again if the need arose. Wish it were a little cheaper though.

Trouble with that apple charging "brick" on the wall or in an extension box? This will solve both those issues and do so dependably and elegantly. Worth the price of entrance. If you travel with your mac products, this is a must accessory.
