Double Romance French Cookie Gift Box - Vienna Coffee 15.8oz / 450g

These cookies are wonderful! First, they come boxed in a charming elegant manner with each cookie individually wrapped as well! They are not too sweet but sweet enough that my grandchildren love them. They would make a great gift! And they are made in California!

These are very thin cookies with two wafers and a little cream between. The taste is okay.It's a large box, but most of the contents are plastic packaging, each cookie in a package, the packages in a tray, and the tray in another package. I suppose it prevents the wafers from getting smashed, but the double plastic seems redundant, and surely there is a better way. It's a decent quantity of actual cookies for the price though.

We first encountered these cookies when a friend brought some over to share at our weekly gathering. We loved them so much, I searched on Amazon to find them and ordered this box for ourselves. I like the strawberry and my sweetheart loves the vienna coffee wafers. They are delicate and nicely embossed with the eiffel tower in keeping with their french motif. Delicious and prettily wrapped individually and in individual batches inside the beautiful box with a ribbon. Definitely a reorder item to have around for guests. Keeping nice and fresh in this humid climate we reside in. Love the Cookie!!!
