Knee Brace - Knee Compression Sleeve for Knee Pain, Running, Weightlifting, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis, Sports, Gym, ACL (Men and Women)

I've not given up hope totally yet. I have a big thigh; my last knee brace (different brand) was fine for about six months then all of a sudden started rolling down from the top. I put this one on yesterday for the first time, wore it for about 18 hours and fell in love with it. It stayed securely in place. I was so excited. This morning after walking a short distance it started rolling down and has been doing it constantly all day since then. I am so disappointed. I'm not giving up hope just yet. Maybe I need to find the sweet spot where it needs to rest, but I'm not having a great feeling about it. 😕Update : I am extremely disappointed in this product. It rolls down my thigh within minutes. And because the material is fairly thick, once it rolls down (usually to my mid knee), it's extremely uncomfortable. I suppose everyone may be different based on their anatomy, but for me this is basically useless.

I have two bad knees, avoiding replacement surgery like the plague! I have used the Tommy Copper compression sleeves until my partner sent me info on this product.I have heavy/thick thighs and am always skeptical regarding sizes and slippage etc. I ordered a 5x and I have worn it 2 days in a row all day with ZERO slippage. First day I wore it while riding my bicycle and for a solid 8 hours into the evening, amazed at how comfortable it was. Today was a day of walking all day and I was impressed that it was supportive, lightweight and not HOT, which can be an issue here in the heat of Florida. I experienced a marked improvement and no discomfort. I ordered a 2nd one which will be arriving tomorrow. These are not binding and VERY comfortable and supportive. I would highly recommend this product.

Make no mistake it felt good on my knee while sitting but the minute I got up and walked 50 paces was down around my shin. Followed the sizing instructions very carefully to chart, had my wife measure as well...they didn't roll down they just slid down, the band at the top was next to useless. Because it was opened and worn I can't return. Waste of money.*update* after contacting company and them simply telling me to return via Amazon I did and went down to sizes because of the measurements being so off. That one was too small and instead of slipping down this one rolled down like a fruit roll-up. I am giving one last try of the size in between the original and my second purchase because I like how my knee feels with it on...but if I can't get it to stay on comfortably the product will continue to be useless.

I believe that this item is not worth the $23 price tag. Many fit better at cheaper prices and have a thicker feel. I have (RA) Rhuematoid Arthritis in both knees & have been testing quite many Knee Braces with Amazon and other Websites. This one fit loosely at the calf section of my leg and it fits comfortably above the knee. I have large leg from swelling; inflamation. When a Brace fits loose at below knee its best to only wear it at home. It might slide down after a few wears and that would be an embarrassing experience for me. Great fabric that doesnt make you perspire. It fits True to size and Lightweight for Humid Temperatures. I kept mine to wear at home for warmth.

I love this knee compression sleeve. It took me a while to find one large enough to fit my knee/thigh. After putting it on, I am in heaven. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I wear it all day and it keeps my knee from hurting so much. I purchased two of them.

I bought the 4X. The first two days it was comfortable and it worked. It supported my knee and prevented luxation. The only problem I had ( the reason for the four stars and not five) is at the end of third day it started rolling down and nothing I could do like pulling it up, stretching my leg out etc. helped. I am going to try “AW It Stays” a clothing adhesive. My thighs measure 23”

This could be an excellent product if they tapered the shape better so the top elastic is considerably looser. As-is, it's incredibly tight, to the point of causing pain. The first one I bought was one size larger than the size chart recommended, but I bought a second one in an even larger size, hoping that would solve the problem. Unfortunately, it's still way too tight at the top, while the lower part is a bit too loose, causing it to move around and not hold the knee in place. I tried wearing some cushioning under it, but that didn't work. I tried removing the extra elastic layer that the top has, leaving just the base elasticity of the material, but it was still too tight. They simply need to taper it more, especially in the larger sizes.

Very comfortable works well for my arthritis and helps as I also need knee replacements highly recommend
