The quality is not bad, it is very easy to put on (soft) but the color is actually darker and does not match the description.

This product was exceptionally soft. “Melted” as you applied it. Color was cool but unless you want to look inebriated or deranged after applying perhaps choose another brand.Irritating that if you open/try it they will only provide a 50% refund as they have “restocking” fees associated.

I am prematurely old!The Sephora products will not leave you looking like the head of some tribe somewhere with too-gross, puffed out lips, nor are they scratchy or leave a line that can't be seen even if you're wearing your cheaters. It just takes some time to get used to changing the line from that which you used years ago to that which you need to use now.My only problem - the lack of a sharpener, which could be sold separately for a price far less than they offer. Maybelline had one, and I had theirs, but can't find it. So I bought the most recent Gold Box goodie, which will sharpen at least 10,000 different diameter-pencils and can be set for same. ttfn

Color was extremely bright & was not smooth to work with once on....

This is a find here on Amazon! High end quality at a drug store price!The raspberry color is a nice neutral one if you have blue / pink tones in your skin. It goes on easily, and is a good balance between moist and matte.You can wear the color alone all over the lip, or with a gloss on top, or if you want to make a really nice full looking defined lip, you can apply to the entire lip, wipe a little off, then put a light pink or beige lipstick on top, focusing on the center of the mouth. This creates a really nice looking defined but full lip on almost anyone (using something with more brick tones if you have yellow tones in your skin).And it can be sharpened with any drug store sharpener that has the wider opening.

The color was not as deep or lasting as I had hoped from the picture. It don't think I will buy again, but I gave it 3 stars, because there really is nothing wrong with it.. just not what I had hoped for..

I should have known to just buy Sephora from Sephora. I was intrigued by the color and when I applied the lip liner it was dried up and hard to apply. Probably some old old overstock item. I would not buy from this company again and I would suggest spenind an extra couple bucks at Sephora for the real thing and they have an excellent return policy

buy a sharpener with this, it needs frequent sharpening. If you have lip lines it runs into them.
