As far as the shipping, packaging and product goes SO FAR you couldn't get much better.Because I farm and know quite a bit about it and been to NZ and have friend there ( I ought to ask what they think, it may be like weeds. One mans weed is another mans beautiful plant.) and know NZ agriculture has standards called 103 law on EMU oil with grades A,B,and C being the lowest and gets darker on lower grades.I was bowled over when it had a BATCH ANALYSIS card in it!! Very impressive! IT had no smell at all but I am not a woman was thinner by a bit than other I had purchased and very light white color almost clear.Before leaving my 94 year old father that I got it for asked for me to put it on his dry flaky skin. It absorbed FAST, I felt so sorry for him. I had come to purchase this because I had told him that if IT was what cleared up his face and especially forehead then why not just use it instead of temporary fixes with lanolin, go for a long term result.I never give a 5 star reviews on a product because I figure there is ALWAYS room for improvement, here I couldn't think of what else and couldn't find one so the 5 star, my first.My only possible complaint would be the price. I need to call my friend and see what 55 Gallon drums cost and maybe I could be in this also...no it probably, as all things do, costs more to produce and ship than you think. The cost seems very high for all producers just thought I might be in the wrong business and DON'T want to raise them. Seen them running around here already and I don't think they survive the winters or coyote.I do want to WARN people this may change if LONG term conditions change I am very much a perfectionists.

I was so glad to receive this product because I had been wanting to to try it for awhile. It was packed secure and I received it fast.Loved the chap stick. It made my lips soft and didn't have that waxy feel. The oil is a different matter. It did make my hands soft and a little goes along way. The reason I gve it a 3 star is because it broke out my my face and made it feel as though it was burning after only 3 days of use. After stopping the use of it my face started to heal and the sting went away. No burning or sting on the rest of my body.

This is my 2nd order from this company and all I can say is WOW!!!! I LOVE THIS STUFF! When I initially started looking into trying emu oil about 4 months ago, I had no clue of what to look for. Like others, I look for the most positive reviews and the sellers rating, and best bang for my buck. Well if you are new to emu oil, please give this a try, you will not and I repeat you will not be disappointed. This emu oil is the real deal, it has no smell and does not sit on top of your skin, it is not really thick, but more like a thin like consistency. Try not to be heavy handed because all you need is a small amount. I use this on my face along with vitamin c serum and man oh man my face loves it. Please don't get sucked in to other emu oil products that are outrageously high priced, this emu oil is the truth. Don't sleep on this, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! I will definitely be a returning customer again and again. The emu chap stick that came along with this order smells wonderful it has a slightly sweet smell to it, but definitely keeps my smackers moist! I can't say enough about this emu oil, its really good stuff! I bought this product both times myself with no discount and I was not asked to give a review. I always wonder about folks that are given discounted products and whether they are swayed on being completely honest because of the discount. I've tried two different brands of Emu oil from Amazon and so far this one is the winner. I have very sensitive skin that gets irritated and itchy at the drop of a hat and this has proved just as effective as prescription creams in relieving the itch. The other one I tried didn't.When all is said and done this still has some negatives. It is grease so therefore it is greasy. It also smells a lot like chicken fat. The smell is very light and can be easily over come with a drop or two of some other pleasantly scented oil. The relief it brings outweighs the negatives.

I have never written a review and buy on Amazon like crazy. I started getting a rash (hives/burning rash) over my entire body. I literally woke up one morning like this. No Joke! So, I go to my family care physician and they put me on oral steroids and steroid cream. No help! Got to Dermatologist and steroids and steroid cream. NO help! Go to Allergist and I am highly allergic to pollen/tree airborne in my area.My skin was burning, raw and itching. Showering was awful, laying down, sitting or wearing clothes. This has been 11 weeks at this point. I got a skin biopsy too and it showed " contact dermatitis". I researched like crazy and here I am. Emu oil is great. Not a cure but I sleep at night. Also, alligator oil helps a lot of people with skin conditions. I just ordered a bottle. Here is a video I created to help people and what I did to help myself. I still break out in rashes on my trunk mostly and am off therapeutic levels of bynadryl, zyrtec and some other antihistamine the allergist gave me. I shower 3 times daily with emu soap (cool water) and mix emu oil with my lightweight lotion and at points when I was bad I would mix a very small amount of steroid cream in to take my hive inflammation down. I really hope this helps someone out there! I can sleep at night now and could not until I found emu oil and figure this out. I am not allergic to food, chemicals etc. I got all that tested.
