Great price and quality product!
I have friends in the Dealers and they could not touch the price from Amazon! I will never use cheap parts for certain applications because they will not work nor last. This job is easy for someone with basic knowledge but you must support the motor from bellow and the large motor mount bolt that goes into the head must be installed first and you need to be careful installing it as the threads are fine and never use a socket to start it! I did it on my lunch hour in the parking lot. You need to know that the mount should have about 6mm space between the stop and the base, if not then this is that lousy noise you will have when the weather is cold, also before that you will feel only a small rubbery noise as you accelerate.

OEM Motor Mount
Purchased this mount for my son 2011 Civic coupe. You can’t go wrong with an OEM part. This was my first time doing it and it took me about an hour after watching a few videos. What a difference, this mount stopped all the shaking and rattling that was going on. I also changed out the transmission mount which I’m sure help tremendously. My son is very happy with his ride now. This is his first car purchase and it’s the car he will be taking to college in a few weeks.

Can't beat OEM, or fast shipping.
This isn't an item you want to cheap out on. I bought an 07 coupe with 231k that had a strong vibration you could unmistakably feel and hear due to previous owners negligence. You'd also hear/feel the engine drop and bang onto the sagging mount every drop in the road. Ordered on a Tuesday morning, received and installed on Thursday afternoon. Fit without issue, night & day difference with the vibrating and noise. Almost like a new car. Worth every penny.

There are several YouTube videos which make this a simple job pretty much any backyard mechanic can do
I purchased this directly from Amazon.com to make sure that it was indeed a genuine Honda part. It was delivered in a white box with the Honda logo on it, and it matched perfectly with the existing stock mount, which gave out at about 150,000 miles (9 years old).I changed it myself in just a couple of hours, but that included having to go to the auto parts store to buy a set of deep sockets (you need a 19 mm deep socket, and the socket i bought for my 3/8 in driver barely reached the nut). The actual work is less than an hour if you know what you're doing. There are several YouTube videos which make this a simple job pretty much any backyard mechanic can do.The vibrations and noise are gone now, and the ride is a lot smoother when accelerating.

Resolved reverse engine vibration/shuddering/thump problems felt in chassis
This engine mount was installed in a 2009 Honda Civic EX Coupe 1.8L Manual Transmission with about 77k miles. After doing the extended research, I ended up trusting in the OEM Honda part over all the cheaper aftermarket option, especially for the type of function this part provides. It was simply not worth my time to risk having to replace this mount again or have to do any modifications to make an aftermarket "just about right" but not "exact" fit. As others described, there were mixed reviews on the aftermarket parts (e.g. some failed again within a year or even months after their replacement, hole modifications were required, brackets not fitting and needing to reuse the old silver bracket, etc.)I was able to change out this engine mount assembly in about 3 hours given that I didn't have a long enough socket extension. If I did it again, I could probably complete the job in under 1 hour. You need several 3/8" drive socket wobble extensions (10" length) to reach through the ABS, A/C lines, etc. I also used a 1/2" drive breaker bar to break loose the main bolts and nut attached to the engine. The mounting bolts from the mount to the chassis also required an 18" breaker bar. I reused the bolts since they looked good condition and were without rust. Make sure to remove the rust if there is any before reinstalling in case you need to change out this engine mount again. You do need a low profile jack to get under the bumper liner when jacking up the car under the oil pan (use a block of wood to help distribute the force).

Buy Genuine
A common issue on Honda Civics, if your car vibrates its because the heel on the bracket is making contact with body, many videos on how to replace about 1.5 hours, decided to let mechanic do it, car drives like new, if you can't slide a credit card were pic points to, mount is bad, mine had a circle crack on the rubber mount which was a for sure reason to replace.

Don't hesitate to buy this genuine Honda part!
After having this genuine Honda part installed, my car drives and rides like the day I drove it off the lot way back in June of 2007. If your Honda vibrates and rattles incessantly, sounds loud when accelerating, rumbles and feels sluggish, you should check to see if you need this part! It made all the difference in my beloved Civic. A local Honda dealership quoted me $700 for the part and installation. I paid a local mechanic/friend $50.00 to install it. Total cost was $283.00. It took him just over an hour to install it.I would have done it myself but I don't have the appropriate tools for the job.I can't agree with a previous review that the holes don't align. If you follow the procedures from the on-line Honda tech manual (for 2006-10) and/or watch the Youtube videos (there are several) noting the correct order of bolt removal, you will be able to assure that the holes align perfectly. The 8th generation Civics are notorious for these side motor mounts wearing out prematurely. My car was vibrating so badly that I thought I had a major engine problem. I'm not exaggerating when I say installing this motor mount is like the difference between night and day.

You get what you pay for
Perfect fit. I first tried buying one of the cheaper generic brands and it would not fit due to missing cutouts and misaligned holes. The quality of the welds were really poor as well. I tried to contact the sellers, but they would not respond until I filed for a refund through Amazon a week later. I should have bought the OEM part to begin with. You get what you pay for.
