Last Update- This protector is AWESOME
Final edit: It is what, 3 or 4 years later? And probably nobody is buying a note 4 anymore, but I HAVE to change my review. Yes, the first couple of these I went through on my note 4, I didn't know anything about installing screen protectors, and it was really hard, but Y'ALL! This screen protector SAVED my phone! I left this protector on my phone, even though it had that one little place that never would stick. And I'm so glad I did; one day I was getting out of a big truck and dropped my phone face down into my gravel driveway. When I picked it up, there was a place where the screen protector was actually punctured by a piece of rock, and my screen was PERFECT and unharmed! Duuuude... So yes, Zaggs can be hard to get on, but I have put one on almost every phone I've had since then. The one phone I DIDN'T put one on... ended up with a cracked screen from a piece of gravel when I dropped it in a parking lot. I am a Zagg fan for life now! I had forgotten that I left this review when I was all mad, and I'm glad to change it now.I swear it comes with dust already on it! I have ordered 2 in a row, and ended up with huge specks under the protector. I used the little wipes and all, not sure what the deal is.Update: ok, so I ordered another one, just because my friend who knows about this stuff says this is the best he's used... this time, I was VERY careful about cleaning my screen and my work area before I got started, and I got it on w/ only one dust speck/bubble, which I removed using a piece of clear tape. I've gotten good at aligning the darn thing after a couple tries, so that's all good. The only things are, at the very top edge there is a tiny sliver that won't stick, and the screen protector feels a little tacky. The box says that "microbubbles" will disappear, so I will wait and see. Also, I saw a review for another screen protector that people said was tacky at first, but it went away after a few days, so I will wait and see about that, too!The protector is nice and clear; if my bubbles go away and the tackiness smooths out, I will update my review again.

I find the new method better in a way that you dont have to get ...
I've used Zagg/invisible Sirius shield in the past when they first started. The old ones had problem with discoloration. After many years I finally came back to give the new one a try. The application is different than the wet method in the past. I find the new method better in a way that you dont have to get everything wet and wait for the water to dry before you use your device. The problem is that it leaves less room for error. As for the product itself, when compared to the the old version, it's a lot smoother and less rubbery. I use my pen a lot and it has no trouble with it. Another feature I like is its ability to self heal. I tried making some scratches with a paperclip on to unnoticeable areas and they disappeared after few mins! As for the screen clarity I find it very "grainy" when you pay attention/ compare to screens without it or with glass protectors. After using the product for a few weeks I had to remove it due to it being an oil magnet and still a bit rubbery for swipe texting and the grainy screen made my hd screen less sharp. The protector didn't suffer from discoloration after taking it off, that's a plus. Overall, the protector is nice, but very hard to compete with glass smoothness and clarity. I am kind of annoyed with how most if not all glass protectors for note 4 suffer from "haloing"

Zagg Invisible Shield HDX Screen Protector - Installation issues
I purchased this item for my new Galaxy Note 4. I have three complaints about the installation. One, the instructions that came with the item are apparently out of date. They refer to "the included Application Gel", which was not included! I decided I'd better watch the video on the Zagg website before proceeding and, indeed, the video made no reference to the gel. (It did, however, demonstrate a squeegee different from the one in the box.)Two, try as I might, I somehow wound up with dust particles trapped under the protector. I had delayed removing the original plastic film that came with the Note until seconds before I applied the protector. I gave the screen a swipe with the microfiber cloth, inspected it closely for dust or grit, and applied the protector. Much to my dismay, some fine dust particles wound up trapped in the middle of the screen. I can't see them without magnification and am hoping that they somehow become incorporated into the adhesive over time. Nevertheless, this is aggravating.Three, the protector didn't adhere around the edges, especially between the camera and the earpiece. So far this hasn't caused any problems, but I can imagine dirt collecting under there. It remains to be seen how protective this is as I have yet to drop my new phone. But we shall see...

Not as good as I expected, but still good.
So, I did a lot of research before purchasing this. From everything I've read about this particular brand, it really seemed like the way to go. I ordered it along with a protective cover for my Note 4 and the shipping was very fast. Absolutely no complaints there at all.Now we get to the fun part. I open the package and inside you receive a wet wipe, cleaning cloth, and of course the glass. I followed the directions to a "T" and I still got bubbles. They're very small, but it still drives me nuts. I cleaned the hell out of the glass and even took the glass cover off to try to get whatever it was, off of there. No matterm how hard I tried, I got those little bubbles.I'm not sure if this will affect how well the tempered glass will protect my Note 4. Hopefully it'll be as advertised.

It's more annoying than I can express
I immediately screwed up my screen protector when I put it on. I pulled off the backing and a piece of dog hair made its way onto the sticky side and I didn't notice until I smoothed on the glass. Ugh. It's more annoying than I can express, but it doesn't have any negative effect on the function of the phone. But I'm only giving it four stars because the feel of the protector isn't as smooth as glass. It's more rough feeling? Idk, it's made me aware of a new texture issue I apparently have, and bothers me a bit. Otherwise, I've dropped the hell out of my phone and where glass protectors cracked immediately in the past (as they should, don't get me wrong) this one doesn't show a single sign of damage or wear.

Poor.
I'm really good at applying screen protectors, I have people ask me to install theirs because I do it so well and without bubbles. This screen protector applied with like 50 little bubbles, they claim the bubbles will fade within the day or next, they don't. Also when peeling off the yellow applicant screen, it left streaks of yellow across my new screen protector, they went away after about a week or so. But with that, there are so so many scratches on the protector itself, like, I've owned it for like 2 months and there isn't a spot on the protector that isn't scuffed or scratched. And I am gentle with my stuff. But I guess I have to say thanks to the protector from keeping those scratches off my screen, but it's not like there's scratches or scuffs on the parts of the screen that aren't being protected by the protector. The edges of the protector are all lifted off the screen too. There's a good 2mm around the screen protector that doesn't cover the phone screen. I'm currently searching for a better protector for this damn expensive phone. Save your money for another screen protector.

Good quality screen protector
I would prefer if the case friendly version was slightly wider. It is the exact width of the screen.Because it is so precise it makes a perfect installation very difficult. The free lifetime warranty offered by Zaggwill cost you $10 for shipping to Canada. I found this disappointing.

The one and only choice for Screen Protection
I've always trusted Zagg to protect my Smartphones. This screen protector offers great coverage and the highest level of protection I have ever experienced. Zagg also offers an unbeatable warranty on registered Shields. I would never put any other screen protector on any of my devices. Zagg is the only cover I use and the only one I would recommend.

Great product. Doesn't leave fingerprints like resin based protectors. Will be purchasing for any new phones in future.
