I know that many recipes are available online, but I like having it on paper without having the hassle of a million pop up ads and reading about how this dish saved their marriage and cured their children's hyperactivity disorder. Easy & tasty - fantastic cookbook
I received my book last week and have already made two recipes, which were both excellent. The chili relleno breakfast bake and cheesy biscuits - both turned out great and were super simple. Great cookbook for someone new to keto who wants tasty, but simple recipes and for anyone who just likes an honestly good food cookbook. Great cookbook, I now have two of her cookbooks and will add more as they come along. Great cookbook, beautiful pictures and easy to follow instructions.

Lots of new recipes, and good advice
This book has some excellent recipes for Keto. I made the lemon bars today... absolutely delicious. I loved most of the simple recipes in her first book, but I'm super excited to try some of these. She has a great way of writing, and emphasized that losing weight doesn't solve all your problems. She gives recipes for some sauces and condiments, which may come in handy. Some of the recipes I'm looking forward to trying are the Reuben casserole, chicken fajitas and lasagna. I know that many recipes are available online, but I like having it on paper without having the hassle of a million pop up ads and reading about how this dish saved their marriage and cured their children's hyperactivity disorder. Great book
Pictures with every recipe including macros count, everything explained, printable worksheets such as 30-day accountability, daily tracking, menu planner, and allergen index. I liked the fact that the meals were simple enough for busy life style. I have lost 15 pounds so far doing Keto. This will help me continue on my path to being healthier.

Lots of recipes with macros and pictures!
I was shocked by the weight of the book when it was delivered. Before I got all the way through skimming it, I already ordered another one for a friend. Highly recommend! Lots of well organized, simple recipes with pictures and macros. A lot of great info at the beginning of the book as well, for stocking you pantry and sustaining a keto/low carb plan.

Worth the money
Well composed book introducing the Keto Diet. It includes the information an individual who knows nothing about the Keto diet needs to know to get started. It includes a lot recipes (with color pictures), clear instructions on how to prepare the dishes, along with the nutritional breakdown for each recipe. And it includes a journal template that you can make copies of to help a beginner track their food and water consumption, along with activity. I recommend this book - it's one of the better ones available.

Love the recipes photos and meal plan
She covers all basis. Explains the keto dynamics, has photos with the recipes, has a 30 day meal plan that uses leftovers for lunches the next day or so with pages of the recipes in the meal plan. I have recommended these books many times. You don't feel like you are dieting. I lost 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks following her 30 day meal plan in the book.

You will use every recipe
I don't know about you, but I have a million recipe books and I use an average of 1 recipe per book. This cookbook is not that case. My family and I use almost every recipe from this book AND love them all! We cook from this one and her other book every day of the week for almost every meal. The meals are simple, SO flavorful and will not disappoint. I would highly recommend this cookbook (my daughter and granddaughter are now also using it in their day to day). Embrace the recipes, buy the ingredients. Most cookbooks you buy some crazy ingredient you will never use again, but it is not the case for this book. Even if you are not keto, buy this cookbook.

wonderful keto cookbook
This book has colourful photos and a handy visual glossary at the end of the book for recipe pg. numbers. The first recipe I tried was the cookie dough bites. They are awesome. I have been craving a sweet treat while on the keto diet and this hit the spot. The marinara sauce is simple but full of flavour. I can't wait to try more of the recipes in this book. I might have to go out and buy her 1st keto cookbook as well.

The best book for living a keto lifestyle
Best book ever for Keto. Lost over 40ibs using it to help kick start my Keto journey. Would definitely recommend the Keto bagels a game changer feels like you can have bread but made out of mozzarella cheese

Great cool book
Love it. Itโs even better than her first book. The mini pumpkin pies are amazing! Everything Iโve made has be tasty and turned out. High recommend.

Arrived in bad condition
Great book.... shame about the condition of the book received this was not caused during delivery as the packaging was unmarked!
