First time user, I am pleased with it.

OK so after purchasing these, it came with no instructions, why I only give it 4 stars. On further investigation on how best to use I thought I would share. Firstly you use the large stone first an hour a day for the first week, 2 hours second week, 3 hours third week and so on, till I think the 5th week for 5 hours. Then move down to the medium stone and repeat, small stone repeat. I would be to the individual whether you stick to this or twick it to your preference. Clean with none perfume soap. So far I have found them better to use when pottering around the house standing up. If I sit in a certain position it slips out ☺️🤭 . Most ladies will be using these for prolapse and to prevent leakages, unfortunately I haven't used long enough to say if they work or not 🤞here's hoping I'm 57 and according to Barbara O'Neil ( amazing lady) they work. Great product. Used this due to experiencing slight accidents. Have been using them now and my pelvic floor has greatly improved.

These yoni stones look cheap and nastyMookaiteddecor was what it says on the bag .. when I googled it .. it says it’s a company that sells stones for home decor .. invariably it slipped straight out of my vagina .. narrowly avoiding breaking a couple of toes .. or my entire foot.Might use outside in the garden as an ornament

I’m always worried after having 4 children that things aren’t the same anymore. How could they be? So when researching (like I do everything) these kept coming up! There’s YouTube videos too that help show what exactly it is you need to do. Like with anything there are very mixed reviews on whether or not they are a good idea so before you spend money on these please do the research and decide yourself as you could be spending money and then having them sit in a drawer undecided.

A little disappointed with the quality but will give it a try. Was going to return it but couldn't be bothered I will be buying another set for a bit more money to get the quality I would expect.

j'aime ces pierres déjà, pour leur beauté et la façon dont elles sont taillées. Leur bienfait l suffit de les regarder pour être apaiser en premier. De toute façon les pierres dont vous avez besoin vous attirent, alors n'hésitez pas.!
