Terra Cotta Cazuela Dish, Round - 12.8 inch

This is the perfect dish for roasting soybeans and other items. Be careful with the temperature though!!

Nicely made. Shipment was fast. There were no curing instructions in the box & had to look up on internet, but it all worked out. This is a great dish - especially to make Anne Burrell's garlic chicken with couscous!

Very disappointed with this Cazuela, the first use it cracked and the paint chipped off, it doesn't work and my money went to waste!

Was surprised upon opening the box the card read "if you plan on cooking with this". Why else would I buy it? You have to season it by reducing a full pan filled with vinegar and water for several hours. The vinegar smell will not go away and every time you open the cabinet door it reminds you! Maybe if I cook something with garlic it will go away. To be honest I'm afraid to ruin the food with the strong odor so I have not used it yet.

Purchased fora gift to someone, so I assume it's liked.

This is a very large, gorgeous cazuela. I am hoping to serve my family and friends lots of golden arroz con pollo in this vessel, and am also looking forward to trying lots of different recipes in it. With all my new equipment, cooking is becoming a joy again! If anyone has any favorite dishes made in a cazuela I would love to hear of them(-;Also, I have to thank the Tienda folks for great customer service. My first cazuela arrived broken. I called Tienda customer service and they sent out a new one immediately, which arrived in perfect condition! Thank you again La Tienda!

Used it for a Mexican bean dip- it was perfect!

Love love love my Cazuela I use it so much. Ill need to buy more as gifts everyone should have one or three. I will cry if anything were too happen to it. If you enjoy cooking this is a must have.
