Pazzles Inspiration Vue, Red

I have been unable to use my Pazzles as intended since receiving it over a year ago. My brand new machine had to be sent back within the first couple of weeks for the tech to get it to simply calibrate. Then the Vue would not cut. I did all trouble shooting with Pazzle's tech. He could not figure out why my machine would not cut. The tech accessed my computer to see if he could find settings etc. that he could change or fix. I sent the tech my project to see if he could cut it on his machine………..NOT. Finally the tech sent me a new mother board to install in the "NEW" Pazzles. It appears that the software is the problem. Clicking on "cut project" gets me a popup stating Can't initialize the cutting device, please check your configuration. Device manager sees the Vue. However most of the time there is a yellow triangle with an explanation mark on the icon.The driver did not install. Check your USB connection. Turn the machine off and on once again. Inspiration Vue doesn't have a driver. Device driver software was not successfully installed. Windows unable to install your Inspiration Vue. I have both the Inspiration Studio Pro 2014 software and the Inspiration InVue software. I have done all updates to software and hardware. I have been able to cut a total of a couple dozen projects at the most in all this time. I have tried every one of the "7" USB port on my 3.60 gigahertz Intel Core i5 760 computer. All the Windows updates are complete. I even bought the best rated USB cord in the market to replace the one Pazzles came with to see if it was the problem..................NOT. Yesterday I sent an e-mail to the software builders SignMax asking them for help. I'd say I have done everything in my power to get this Pazzles and it's intended software to work as intended. I've devoting hundreds of hours doing so a lot of time and thought months and months worth. To no avail. This is clearly a lemon. My old Pazzles Creative Cutter worked better than this “new” Vue. Oh! Yes I had to buy the Inspiration Studio Pro 2014 so that I could continue to use gradation of colors. The Vue is too basic for my projects. I was told the Vue would cut my Inspiration Studio Pro 2014 creations…………NOT. I create on the Pro 2014 software and then print on my wide format Canon and then I have to cut out my projects with my arthritic hands using an Xacto. WHAT?? I bought the cutter to do this!
