Angel Astrology 101 Kindle Edition

I took a chance on this book I wanted to read the physical book of this book,but decided to take a chance on it and bought the kindle-version which is cheaper then the physical one and found it to be a pretty good book.It helps though to know about astrology prehapes getting an astrology reading done before reading this.This book talks about the archangel that is best with certain signs.I found my main astrology archangel is Uriel which isn't an angel I call on much.It mentions the characteristics of someone for example who has a moon or sun in virgo.At the end of the book it mentions a link to a website where you can get a free astrology reading.This book also has beautiful pictures as well and I have been thinking on and off about buying it for a friend.So if you want to know about your astrology angel and like Doreen buy the book.In whatever form you prefer.

While I absolutely adore Doreen Virtue and have just about every product she's ever offered, this one left me scratching my head. I really wonder why it's necessary to be so clever and print every single page of the book in a different color and on top of that print the words in ink that mostly blends in with the page and is extremely difficult to read. Just my observation and opinion of course, but I do think cleverness in book design and graphics can be taken too far making the book's value decrease because it's hard to read!

It really was not what I expected reading other books of Doreen Virtue. Her astrology descriptions were not very good, more child like that anyone who has studied real Astrology would be very disappointed. I think she was promoting Yasmin Boland who has her own web site. I would have enjoyed Doreen speaking about the Angels.

Honestly, there is little 'true' astrology to be found in this book, as it is more a reinforcement of Doreen Virtue's version of the archangels. Archangels are mentioned within many religions, and there are various interpretations of their associations with astrology, and Doreen Virtue has chosen none of them. There are no actual academic documentations of her archangels and their associations to the zodiac signs, so it is a misleading book. However, if you are working within her system of design, then you will recognise these archangels and understand her approach. Other than that, you can learn more about archangels, angels and their historical and academic associations to astrology through resources such as:- A Dictionary of Angels by Gustav Davidson, or The Encyclopedia of Angels by Rosemary Guiley

I'm a Doreen's fan! Every single book she writes has something new or different to share. I think the best way to enjoy this book is to have our birth chart and then look for the description of each aspect in the book. We can do the same with our family or friends charts. Otherwise it can be a little tired to read all the signs descriptions.This book is more like a manual for specific information research.Thank you Doreen and Yasmin!

Absolutely the most helpful and accurate book on astrology I have ever read. It gives you the Specific Archangel for each zodiacal sign, with an accurate description, and gives you a thorough description of how some of the most important planets in your chart influence you according with the sign (and therefore the associated Archangel) they are in. It described so well me and almost all the people I read for. Highly recommended.

Since it's such a unique book combining the topics of angels and astrology I was expecting a bit more than what I found. It's really BASIC. I know that the cover says '101' but between the two experts they could share more a bit more information... If you know your astrological chart you could use it as a reference book... Even then, don't expect much.

Doreen explains so many questions i have had. With many suggestions to follow your Sun signs outside of her book. A very eye opener and wonderful read
