A lot of bang for your buck with the rich sound of a larger speaker. The bass could be better than it is, but overall a great speaker for a great price . The quality of Harman Kardon is at the top of the scale, so you'll have many years of enjoyment to look forward to.

This is an Amazon warehouse refurbished unit. I can hear Alexa fine. She can't hear me. Buttons on top are flaky. Mute works fine, invoke Alexa button works 1 out of 10 tries. When it does Alexa ignores me. Volume and Bluetooth buttons are inoperable. I can see the speaker in the Alexa app, so it's connected. I've tried cycling power, resetting to factory. Same result.

This is a great Alexa speaker at a great price. I think the Harmon Kardon speakers have a richer sound than the Echo devices (although I have an Echo Studio which is great). This is an older model so not sure if it has "drop in" but for music, sounds and notifications I think it's wonderful.

I use several Amazon Echo devices in my home and this Harman Kardon smart speaker featuring Alexa has become the centerpiece of my system. It was very reasonably priced and does almost everything the Amazon branded Alexa products do and sounds considerably better than even my full size Amazon Echo devices.

Great quality sounding speaker. Good for placing in large rooms for hidden background Music. This is NOT a speaker for those that just want to play music loud, but just want quality sound. Compares well with Sonos or other Alexa speakers.

Sonido muy pobre y con ausencia de frecuencias altas y bajas, además de que cuando está a un volumen arriba del niel 5 es imposible por más de que le grites que su micrófono te haga caso, lo único un poco rescatable es que lo compre a un costo muy bajo, cerca de 40 dlls, de lo contrario hubiese sentido que era un fraude.

sound quality very good!!! artificial intelligence? horrible. i alone can create a better system. great if you are looking for an audio device. worst if you wanted something that understands simple command like "set an alarm", "tell / show all alarms" "stop alarm". and i keep asking my devices to set alarms. this one simply irritates in that department.

Harmon sound is unbelievable. This is like the Amazon Echo on steriods!! All the Amazon technology with insane sound, wifi, and bluetooth. Under $80 this is an incredible buy!
