RMR-86 Pro Instant Mold Stain and Mildew Stain Remover - Contractor Grade Cleaning Solution, Professional Quality Formula, 2.5 Gallon

This stuff is the real deal. It will absolutely kill and remove mold. It truly is professional grade. My whole attic was covered in mold and I had to get it out of there before selling my house. It did it. I had a lot to do in a little amount of time and just got it covered. Definitely take your time and apply multiple coats. Would suggest limiting the size of the job if it is too much leave, it to the professionals but it will do the trick.

Bought a small spray bottle to clean up some mold/mildew in my bathroom (due to shower steam). I had tried everything to clean it and it just wouldn’t come out. I found this product and tried it. I simply listed the area and the mold/mildew disappeared in seconds. No scrubbing.Then I tried some on my siding and it worked like a dream. So I ended up buying 2.5 gallons. I put it in my garden sprayer and spent about 15-20 mins spraying the side of my house. You can see the result for yourself. Honestly this stuff works miracles. No scrubbing or power washing…just spray and walk away.One thing to be aware of though, it will bleach your clothes. So wear old ones!

This stuff removes mold just like it states, INSTANTLY! However the shipping was far from it hence the 4 star instead of five stars. They did not even ship the item out till after the estimated arrival date well over a week later, again the product itself though is amazing! Shipping on the 2 and a half gallon was extremely slow though.

My attic is covered in mold. Not a few spots, but literally mold on one side of attic from edge of eves to near the center ridge, and mostly solid black between every set of rafters for at least 30 feet of house. Tried another product, what a joke. Found this stuff, gave it a shot. Results far exceed expectations. I’d say it got most areas about 95-98% clean with first application. Got the rest, except for very minor spots here and there, with second pass. Just amazing. I estimate the area covered at close to 600 sq ft. No scrubbing, nothing more than spraying it on and waiting. Wood looks brand new, all black is gone! And not waiting long to see results. I strongly suggest some ventilation while spraying. I also had gloves, boots, tyvek suit (about $10 on amazon), a breathing mask with filters (less than $50 on amazon) and goggles. I noticed the goggles had spots from drips/spray; protect yourself. Again, just amazing how well this stuff worked for me.

WARNING working in a confined space with this material requires a Good Mask with NIOSH P100 Filters, Goggles, Tyvek suit with head covering. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR SKIN, Your Eyes or Inhale it!!! I live in a 30 yr old home in TN. It is built on a hill and trying to keep the underneath mold free has been a challenge. One corner of the house is 28" off the ground while the other end is 7'-0" I bought 5 gallons of this and used every gallon.Amazing Sprayed this on the mold and within MINUTES mold was gone. I sprayed every square inch of the sub-floor and floor joist I could see. I am sure I may have to go back over some of it. But I am letting it dry. The portion that has dried went from black mold to bare NEW looking wood. Just incredible.Suggestion: Open all the Windows in your home and let it air out. Our pets were bothered by the fumes for a few hours.

This is amazing stuff. See my pictures above. I have never found anything to get rid of moldy silicone tub caulk. It took very little in the bottom of a cup to brush on, get throughly wet with RMR-86 and then leave it overnight. Rince down in the monring. To get these results, I had to repeat treatment for 2 more nughts. My daughter take too hot, too long showers and the ceiling got very moldy. After the third treatment of the caulk, I used the tiny bit that was left in the cup and with the moist brush, treated a small part of the ceiling. It cleared away the mold on the ceiling in 10 to 15 seconds. I didn't have to have so much that it would dri[p down on my hand.This was my first purchase of RMR-86 Pro in a 1 Gal size. I have since bought a 2.5 Gal size to take to my Dad's Beach house. In the past, I would have to cut out the caulk and replace it. This caulk and mold is about 7 years old. Each treatment took about 5 minutes with minor scrubbing to help get the RMR-86 down into the silicone.One of the only other "magical" products the I have fund is "Evapo-Rust" for eating away rust from tools I left outside in the rain.

I had to work on my attic and noticed a lot of dark mold. I tried bleach first then some mold remover and preventer. The only way it made a difference was using cloths to wipe down the boards.This product worked instantly. You can visually see it change the color of the wood back to its original grain. I used the entire container for a 40’ long attic on both sides.This stuff smells like bleach but I can tell you first hand that bleach did not do anything close to what this stuff did.I would highly recommend this for any weathered or mold damaged lumber.
