White Amazake by Kim Lan (500g)

This tastes strongly alcoholic (as another reviewer also mentioned). This is disappointing because I can't drink alcohol for health reasons and there is no indication of any alc content on the labels. Nor was there consistent mention of the high salt content.Can anyone tell mehow much alc there is, is it as high as it smells and tastes?Otherwise delicious and I would have gobbled half the jar!
