Healthy but no smell
This is apparently the healthiest type of cinnamon . I didn't realize there were types of cinnamon until I opened this bag & it has no smell at all which I thought was strange. Google this type before you buy and know that its healthy but has little to no smell

For cooking, not decor. Subtly aromatic.
Pricey but the flavor is worth it. When you first open the package you’re not overwhelmed by a classic cinnamon smell. Don’t let that fool you. I make Bay Leaf and cinnamon tea everyday and the flavor these sticks provide to the tea is wonderful without being overbearing.

Sticks seems old…
These were not as cinnamony as I was hoping…the sticks seemed old and totally dried out….I was disappointed to say the least. Maybe they were old, not sure.

I didn’t know there was a difference in edible cinnamon until I read an article about it. The taste is surprisingly better than the typical powder made from the leaves.

Not what I am used to
I learned that ceylon cinnamon is the "true" cinnamon and is overall healthier so I decided to try it. What I didn't know is that it has almost no flavor whatsoever. If anything, tastes a bit like tree bark. Not something I can use.

Wonderful scent
Well, it's cinnamon. Seems quite fresh. Currently using it in boiling water to spread that wonderful cinnamon scent while increasing indoor humidity.
