I was taking the regular science naturals turmeric but was also taking some ginger root separately and saw this and ordered some. I was having so much relief with the regular turmeric but has developed some minor stomach issues so wanted to try these so I wouldn't have to take ginger separately and it has worked so far. no more stomach issues and with taking less pills. now I have the best of both worlds. also no bad aftertaste.
