NOW Foods Vitamin E-400 Mixed Tocopherols - 100 Softgels

This is a known brand in the U.S. and is pretty clean. Product was genuine and fresh and dry. I used Zeaxanthin, Lutein, mixed Tocopherols (Vitamin E), and you name it... for months and months, and no real improvement of my eye focus or other issues. Fruit-only diet for months is the only way to go. By the way, a tiny bit of pure cayenne pepper powder in the eye diluted in filtered water helped me for one to two hours after each use! But make sure only one dot of cayenne goes into the eye, no more! Surprising results!As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.

Product appears to be good, however, can you explain why the capsules are a different color with each new order ? Am I getting an older product ?, why is the capsules dark one time then light another time ?

Our VET suggested we start our young adopted Lab with The E-400 vitamins plus vitamin D and omega fatty acid formula as well. Stella is given her vitamins only with her AM feeding. It should be pointed out that, with pet supplements, observing the reaction of the animal, combined with blood sample analysis, may be the only way one could determine the biological affects the E-400 has on one's pet. So far, Stella continues to demonstrate a robust, healthy mannerism; great appetite, shiny coat, great VET checkups, strong and energetic at play time with sharp cognitive skills. In summary, using Amazon's five (5) star rating system for a vitamin for animals may not, in fact, be a good indicator of how the pet is benefiting from being treated with same. I would presume then, that no negative signs are good signs.
