MediaDevil CB-01 Nanene Graphene-Enhanced Luxury Wood Earphones with Mic and Volume Control (iOS/Android Compatible)

I have used the CB-01s less than 24hours and I am impressed to say the least!I was looking to replace some generic samsung earphones which finally gave up the ghost and I have had the cheap and cheerful options beforehand where you certainly get what you pay for in terms of overall quality, packaging and longevity.With that being said, I believe that you get quite alot for your money. The packaging is solid and is made from recycled cardboard which looks rather smart as it is windowed and displays the headphones quite nicely.Once taken out of the packaging the overall fit and finish of the earphones are superb. The wood finish is next level and includes Mediadevil's logo. They have small magnets in too so you can wear them round your neck without having them dangling freely. You even get a nice carry pouch too.You also have a piece of paper explaining how to get the best audio performance out of the earphones.You get multiple in earbud tips. Not just small, medium and large but a size or so smaller than small. It looks like they aim to cater to a large range of customers with all ear canal sizes.The cable from the reinforced audio jack is braided until where they split and that too has been reinforced. The seperate earphone wires feel quite robust as well. The control works well and as it should.The sound quality out of the box is great. Lows and mids have certainly been looked after but that doesn't mean that the highs are lacking either.In regards to the lows and mids. Yes they are other reviews saying that they can be too bassy which is a fair assessment but I can just tweak the EQ on my phone/music app if I feel it's impacting on the experience which I haven't as of yet. It's all down to preference at the end of the day.I listen to quite a variety of music and can say these earphones can handle any task thrown at them so far. I also listen to my music and much lower volume too as these can put out some noise.These will be used for long periods of time, multiple times a week so reliability will be tested and I'll update this if any issues arise.If you do decide to purchase, you won't be disappointed and happy listening!

I’ve got through numerous headphones over the years, using for pleasure and also for audio work and research purposes, and these are up there with the best. Possibly the best in-ear phones I’ve used, with sound as good as conventional closed/open-backed headphones. Full, balanced sound with clear bass, smooth mid and clear high end. Really detailed at low and high levels. Good packaging with accessories, comfortable and they look fab. Great purchase.

I ordered these on the strength of all the glowing reviews and am joining the 5 star accolades. I use earphones everyday on my iPod and thought the last pair I bought (1-More, £90 two years ago) were pretty good, but these completely blow them out of the water. The clarity and detail of the sound is fabulous. Songs that distorted badly before are much better now. By following their recommendation to pinch and pull out your ear when fitting you get a) a snug fit and b) lovely, hefty bass.If I'd decided to go much higher up the price bracket and pay £200 or more, I'd have expected this sort of quality. To get this quality at this price is remarkable. I take my hat off to MediaDevil for such a great product. I feel like I'm going to be rediscovering the 20,000 tracks on my iPod Classic all over again!

My main in ear phones are B&W c5 which I love and moved to from Bose. Since buying the Mediadevils (approx 1/3rd the cost of the B&W) I now am spoilt for choice; B&W are fantastic design and sound quality with deep rich bass and smooth present mid range, but, the Chinese manufacturing is a problem, they have a known fault with the cable near the jack. The Mediadevils build quality is superior (faultless actually), the dual cable design (to stop wear and sound interference) is brilliant, sound quality is definitely on par with B&W and above Bose, for just under £50 you really can't go wrong with the Mediadevils.I marked them down one star because they're 'push in' whereas my B&W have an ear loop kind of fitting which keeps them in place which I personally much prefer (mediadevil, if you change the fitment let me know)Phil

Well having read a great deal of the positive reviews on here,about these in ear headphones,l thought l had better see for myself and buy myself pair.l have just come back from a two hour walk,and gave them a maiden stroll.They really are absolutely amazingly good.Superb sound quality,lovely build quality,nice and safely packaged.It was like taking Neil Diamond and his band out with me,live! I can't wait to have a reason to use them again.If your thinking about it,don't hesitate.Forget the big brand names and treat yourself to some independents.you will not regret it.

Wonderful pair of ear buds for the price from a London-based company. The clarity and quality of sound frequencies is exceptional - I'm hearing detail I never picked up with my Apple earbuds... The build and packaging is faultless, using recycled material where possible (the product packaging is ALL cardboard; this is how it should be done) and the noise isolation is far better than I've experienced before from these types of earphone.Always good to have material-covered, non-tangle wiring and the overall look is subtle and very classy. Great, functional volume toggle/pause/mic. etc on the cord.Can't recommend these highly enough.

Magnificent. Listening to Frankie Goes to Holywood and its like back to the 80s, every note of every instrument is heard. Give your ears and your brain a treat and enjoy the deepest bass and the highest pitched guitar rift in perfect clarity. Once you get the rubber tips sorted for your own ears, just let the sounds sweep over you as once again realise why you like music. These earphones are beautifully made, and take you on an adventure in sound. These are made by people who know what they are doing.These earphones have only one problem. You are going to have to listen to all your tunes again to hear them properly.

J'ai découvert cette marque et ce modèle par hasard en me baladant sur des forums de matériel audio/casques. J'avais besoin d'un écouteur dans ce type de gamme de produits pour moins de 100€ et je ne suis pas déçu par ce produit qui répond en tout point à mes attentes. Je recommande !

Benutze diese Kopfhörer schon seit längerem und sie sind für mich als In Ear Kopfhörer vom Preis wie von der Leistung her und der Tonwiedergabe mehr als ausreichend. Optisch auch schön verarbeitet. Also mit dem Kauf dieser Kopfhörer macht ihr für diesen Preis nichts falsch solange eure Erwartungshaltungen auch euch nicht auf Wolke 7 schweben lässt. Ausprobieren lohnt sich aufjedenfall, um neutral zu bleiben.

I bought these basically because I've been following developments in graphene for a few years now and I couldn't wait to get my hands on a product that put the material to work. While on one hand I don't like having to deal with wired earpieces, I do realize there is a sonic compromise made with bluetooth. Plus there's no worry about recharging and the loss of quality when the battery is low.I do have mild hearing loss above 4000 Hz, so I can't really attest to any improvements in the high frequency range (which, ironically, is the reason to go with a graphene enhanced device). The mids were well defined to my ears. The bass was a bit out of balance to me, but that seems to be the style nowadays. More and more bass. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and am enjoying them more than my bluetooth headphones.
