Yes you can for ryzen 5600x. I am using it in my system. As you can see this case has decent space.

Q: Where can i buy screws to extend the from panel out for better airflow

It uses m3 screws (same ones your motherboard uses) I extended my front panel using long m3's nylon washers and some electrical tape (to stop the glass touching the metal screws and causing potential damage)
